No issue should ever be deleted without a word - if it was, it's quite possible it was done on accident (ie someone went to delete issue 123 and deleted 132 or 124 or 1124 or what have you), or something odd happened that caused the system to jump back.

Or it was converted to a bug, and you missed the notification.

I'm not sure what happened in this instance, but if an issue goes missing, feel free to re-file an issue (apologize for being a bother, just comment that issue #132 has disappeared and you missed the resolution and ask for clarification - and restate the issue, in case it really was accidentally deleted), or e-mail support.

Oh. Okay. This makes sense! At first I thought maybe we weren't supposed to issue about that stuff.

I feel a lot better about it now!

I would like to be able to take apart partially formed curios.

Not completed ones. Just partially formed.

I had issued about accidentally attaching two different tree pieces together that made 2 partials, the very first day curios came out. Obviously I did not have a very good understanding of what I was doing, else I wouldn't have done that. My issue was deleted without a word, which was more than upsetting that the Admin simply ignored it rather than doing anything to attempt a fix - even a 'sorry, no, you should have taken more care' would be more appreciated than simply being ignored.

A lot of these problems will be solved if you allow people to take apart partially formed curios. Either they can turn into individual pieces (maybe having 1 piece getting destroyed in the process), or they get turned into coins.

Valonah did that on accident too, I told her to issue and she got told, Sorry you can't do that.

Change the "ew" emote to require "eww" instead.

Why?
Arath2011-07-14 15:21:07
E and W are right next to each other on many keyboards, and are also directions, so if you're a bit fast on your fingers, it's easy to type "ew" instead of "e" or "w" while you're trying to move.

'S' and 'W' are right next to eachother also, when trying to check 'ES' I ew every once and a while.

So it's probably been mentioned, but allowing someone with room perms in a manse (MANSE SET ROOM PERMS) to anchor their curios in the rooms they have perms for would be really nice.

A number of Lusternians have a room (or rooms) in a family manse (owned by someone else), but can't put their own curios in them, even though they can edit the descriptions and titles at will with room perms.

Have a tree... can't put it in my room. sad.gif

Transfer it to the manse owner and have them anchor it?

Please make okorushi a usable drug? I mean most denizens talk about it and how awesome it is, but yet players can't use it?

Make it so GMCP gives you full item ids? Like instead of 12345, give myrtle12345?
Ssaliss2011-07-20 16:03:51
That could be one of those cross-IRE syntaxes they want to keep. After all, they don't want to add demi-essence to GMCP for that reason. Wouldn't matter much in my case though; my system should work with both versions.
Sylphas2011-07-21 00:15:53
I thought GMCP was just a standard? Unless I'm missing something, you could add in essence just for Lusternia as long as it worked within GMCP.
Ssaliss2011-07-21 00:25:13
Technically you're able to, yes, but they'd rather have the same messages across the IREs, apparently.

They really should.

But there are things that are different between each game. I know Aetolia tracks balances in gmcp, and certain stats specific to Aetolia. And Lusternia is the only game to track power. Really don't see why they can't add in essence.

I agree, but that was the reason it was turned down when it was suggested.
