Allow mages the ability to turn off specific thoughtstealers. I know there's the ability to stop listening to all, but I want to be able to turn off specific ones.
Also the ability to track who you have thoughtstealers on.

Simple Trade Fixes!
Bottles costing 1-2 gems to make instead of 3.
Arts Vials costing 10 cut gems to make instead of 5.
Arts Pipes costing 3-5 wood to make instead of 1.
Bottles really cost too much to make with how scarce gems have become, it's also too much just for a bottle that will be drank from and discarded. The last two are increases since it is the only way to level them out with Artisan and Bookbinder goods if we cannot have those lowered instead.

Glasses with 1 gems too, please. No one will buy a tea cup that costs more to make than they last.
Nariah2010-09-05 08:55:47
I thought about that but at half a gem per glass(takes 3 gems to make 6 glasses), it's not -as- bad as with bottles, though still very annoying.
Either lets lower it to 1-2 gems per 6 glasses instead of 3, or at least double their lifetime (currently at 4 months without sorcelglassing).
Bottles at 3 damn gems per are just a killer though.

Masterwork Leather. less def than plate, able to be batted for proofs, studded (5 iron) for a def bonus, or padded with cloth for a slight bleeding reduction.

Let bookshelves take up wall space instead of floor space.
Org leaders should be able to browse all of that org's cartels.

DESIGN PATTERNS <#> to let us preview a pattern, for instance to see what slots it takes up, or what layer or whether there are alternate words that can be used in the pattern (IE both BACKPACK and PACK are valid choices for pattern 1, backpack) before or without requesting it.

Cellos for bards. Because everyone should have a chance to do this.

Carrying it into battle would be pretty difficult...

1) Give herbalists Nature Guard. I see a bare spot at 66% mythical that would love this.
or
2) Give herbalists Achaea's lastharvest command, so we can the who strip harvests Astral.

Well... the semi-simple answer to that is: Who has all the sparkleberries? Odds are the people with huge supplies of sparkleberries are the ones to stripharvest Astral.
Of course, it doesn't apply across the board, but it should at least point you in a general direction.
EDIT: That having been said, I'd still support either addition, or both.

I thought it would be pretty obvious who and why he does it.

Well you'd think... although the response I got when I asked was "because I love hearing people ask over market for sparkleberries as I laugh at them".

I know that the general opinion is that it's Krellan, but unless you can take someone something tangible, it's hard to get the community to engage in proper self-policing. There's also the outside chance that it's not Krellan.
Now, if you can prove to the whole Basin who it is, you can probably get him hung out to dry, especially since he lives in a commune.

As for Cellos for bards, I think This is a much better reason to allow said Cellos.

We know it's him. I've had him stare at alts on astral to make sure they aren't picking his herbs.

This (amazing) video has lead me, through links on the side to:
1) Niccolo Paganini, who I have been trying to remember/looking for for YEARS, and
2) David Garrett, who I should have been looking for my entire life
thank you

You are very welcome, I am very much a classical music and opera junky. I spend a lot of my OOC time perusing concerts and traveling to bigger cities. I dream of going to a live performance by either of two of my favorite conductors Seiji Owara or Vladimir Ashkenazy.
I would likewise suggest, Variations on a Theme by Paganini, by Brahms, Opus 35, or, if you like opera, I suggest Maki Mori someone I have recently come to really enjoy.
I am glad to be of help, do hit me up if you would like to chat about, or discuss, such things.

No, everyone knows it's Krellan. It's just that there isn't much you can really do about it.
