either that, or to advertise what designs you can make, have one fill of in each different keg design in the store front at the price you want to sell the keg at, you'd get a message regarding which keg the person would like, you take the keg or cube from the stock room and give it to the person at the said price in the store window.
But PRICE KEG/CUBE EMPTY 4000 BIN 4 is such an easier method, if it were to be implemented.

Something has GOT to be done about it taking 20 tries to dispel illusions because everyone outside Serenwilde always has divinefavors and we NEVER do.

Hallifax encounters the same problem if that makes you feel better. We just encounter it less because we don't usually do much of anything.
But yeah ughhh so annoying.

No, you can't.
Put it inside something. It'll decay, but still!

Have copied books listed by their title when put into a store.
edit:
also maybe a little bit more denzin population on the highways? Traders going between villages or denzins going from one village to visit family members in the next? And you could ask some of them directions towards locations such as:
You greet a pot-nosed merchant with a friendly smile
You say, "Where is Hallifax?"
A pot-nosed merchant points towards the north-east and says, "Somewhere yonder in that direction, last I heard."

If you have 100 bits of the same type of essence in your hands, could there be a way to COMPACT it to make a single globe you can put into the nexus that'd be worth 100x the current worth of essence in that org? Less spam is always nice, but I do like my globes.

A check to see if your player account has already voted in an election. It would stop alt voting dead in its tracks. It's unrealisitc to have the admins watching for alts in orgs 24/7 and this is obviously an ongoing issue and seems a good progression up from adding on vote weight.
edit:: There is a work around that players can do, but most are not that smart.

The work-around to this is really easy, and anyone who wants to should be able to without much problem I'd think... it doesn't take much intelligence to get new email addresses these days.

Might as well ask for a confirmation option code for shopkeepers because I know that a number of us already shove the warning that enchantments need recharging after purchase right at the top of the bin title.
Of course, this'd just make it annoying for people who already know what they're getting, but they can just trigger to agree anyway.

The zero charges thing is a bug, and it should be fixed. Still, many shopkeepers just put one charge on enchanted items, which is just about as frustrating. I don't think confirmation prompts will help the situation much, either.

Sure, it's at the bin title, but how often does one look at the bin title if you already did WARES MERCY? Eh, even if zero charges was removed, one charge, like Zarquan said, is just as annoying.
Xiel2010-11-06 03:01:49
Precisely. You can't exactly stop people from just stocking single charges, and people who do WARES MERCY or the like sees this:
So the bin title is still seen. Try as shopkeepers might, they can't make up for people not reading still. The confirmation code will be a PITA to implement but it'd at least force people to read things. Besides that, not much you can do.

Or the shopkeeper could give the item five charges, and maintain that as a Basin-wide standard, drawing the ire of market-goers if they try to sell inferior wares.
Unknown2010-11-06 03:43:48
I know that the title is still there, but what I meant was, who looks at the title after already narrowing down the search to what they want?
Xiel2010-11-06 05:17:26
Wary shoppers.

No, more like shoppers who care about their gold.
Honestly, if people are too lazy to look up the two lines it takes to comprehend the notice, then I question whether or not they value their money.

Sakr2010-11-06 05:41:06
Agreed. I would offer refunds if someone comes up to me with a mistake, but I would warn people to READ THE SIGN. Most people who don't read the sign come and start complaining about this and that, but in reality it saves them money purchasing it at 0 charges because they can charge it themselves, OR when a cube in place, I could overprice the cube a bit and make more money than selling it at 10 charges.
I think I had PROBE ENCHANTMENTS AND RECHARGE BEFORE USING in my enchantment lists, but I still had several notables coming up to me and saying 'But who reads the bin title?'

I bugged this a long time ago, and it was returned "not a bug".

Except it's impossible to get 5 charges on an item unless you're an enchanter, or rub away 5 charges. You can only recharge to full. The reason people enchant to 0 or 1 then use a cube (or stick them in the shop at 0 or 1) is because it's five times faster to charge a cube than it is to enchant an item.
