I know I'm not new to fighting, but I tried fighting with purely FirstAid yesterday, and while not pleasant against someone who knows what they're doing, it's MILES better than pure manual, and more than sufficient for bashing afflicting mobs. The echoes for what's being cured by what are also very nice.

There's a bug with passive music effects and firstaid. Unsure what it is offhand but it should be fixed soon!
