Also, subject-verb conjugation and the parts of speech are things normally grasped by, say, age five. It's one thing to typo them. It's another thing entirely to insist that "the ribbon run" is good English and that nouns = adjectives.

Don't make fun of me, I'm from Arkansas /cry
Hallifax Master Forger would be the same as... Arkansas State Police. Yep.

It is not the city-state of Hallifax Master. A citizen of Hallifax is not a hallifax. They're hallifaxian!
For the benefit of those upset trademasters, I suggest not posting your objections to the forums, and keeping them between you and the Charites.

Yeah, I wouldn't post or let people know you're an approver. It works in Imperian where damned near anyone can approve if you pay 20k for joining the clan, but here people would just bug you constantly.
I know that's not what Eventru meant, just sayin'.

I'd say that's more the exception then the rule. You wouldn't describe somebody as say, an America army officer?

I suppose not
Fine, I'll fix it.

I feel the need to correct you here, because what?
There's no "approver's clan" you join for 20k, and you have to have the skill set in question (100+ credits for the license). They used to require 100+ approved designs as well, but now it's dropped down to "have a good rep with the guild".
There ARE a lot more approvers in Imperian, but that's related to:
1. The fact that crafters there can submit 5 designs every 24 hours, per crafting license they possess. You can bet your bum the Charites would have come up with a huge contingent of reviewers by now if every trademaster in every cartel could crank out 60 designs per in-game year instead of two!
2. Players can have every non-guild tradeskill they can afford, thus being able to submit up to 30 designs per day.
3. It takes three reviewers to approve or reject a design, so up to five people need to look at a single design if there's some disagreement involved

Fourty-five is never, ever right, unless you've been drinking lots of Canada beer.
Wouldn't this be "Canadian beer"?
(Just teasing! Though, we don't use "fourty" either, it's ugly!)

A design got rejected because "it would flow better without the semicolon". Specifics pending.
Haha. Sounds like the description-nazi troll we had a while back.

Oh.
I'm sorry for being quite so vehement, it's just that I used to be rather heavily invested in the design system in Imperian.

FYI, guidelines for reviewers generally follow what's in HELP TRADEMASTERS.
Looking through rejections, 90% of them are for grammatical errors. If you wish to dispute the grammar decision, you can message the Charites. Honestly, it's probably easier in terms of quick approval just to rewrite the sentence(s).
One thing that may not have been emphasized is that reviewers have a "trust" score. If they consistently approve or reject a design correctly, then their trust score goes up. Conversely, their trust score goes down if they incorrectly approve or reject a design. The higher the trust score, the more weight they have in approving or rejecting a design. In other words, there needs to be multiple reviewers to process a design (less, of course, if they have high trust scores). Reviewers who cannot seem to raise their trust scores over a period of time won't be reviewers for long!
This is an ongoing process which we are tweaking as we go. The more efficient it becomes, the more likely we'll raise the number of designs that cartels can submit. As I said, thus far I am fairly pleased with the process!

Yes, it would be Canadian beer. That was for illustration of why "Hallifax master forger" doesn't work.

I hope you see the issue here. Yes it would be easier to just make the changes that whatever person keeps insisting on - but then that person will continue to make such errors. I'm not sure why you would discourage pressing the issue if that reviewer is wrong!
Also regarding raising the number of designs... that would be more "restoring" no?
