I do not find your excessively incendiary tone to be helpful, or convincing in your case. The sudden change of tone, particularly to a pattern more severe than that of Shaddus, only makes you look more suspicious in my eyes.

It's a separate faction from Humans. I've yet to see a game where there are two towns, and I'm not super familiar with flavour. Just what I've read on a few wiki pages while bored. That indicates, at the least, a survivor, if not something outright antagonistic to town. No?

Except "Lost boys" doesn't appear antagonistic to town at all. The whole name implies survivor to a heavy degree, which is why it falls flat, and it is still similar BECAUSE it twists the result of investigation. I'm twisted to appear Wraith, while I'm an Athosian. Xavius was twisted from SKer to survivor. Arix was twisted from scum to town.

And yes, I'm applying an "incendiary" tone, because it's so ridiculously stupid that people don't recall that only a game ago, you guys were lynching your investigator for putting too much emphasis on investigations. Stop to think for once.

Just for reference, the Mario RPG mafia game we had a while back had around five seperate factions, all of which could be considered town.

Survivor isn't a good claim to be pinned to making. Appearing to be town is never of negative consequence unless you have been doing an awful lot to look scummy, and even then, the fault lies elsewhere. I don't see them as particularly similar at all, but perhaps this isn't something we'll see eye to eye on.

For that matter, I'm not sure how relevant it even is for discussion!

For those familiar with the series, assuming any are left, I am curious about whether or not posing as wraiths is something that actually happens canonically. For Queen, or... whatever other flavours wraiths come in. Is this something that makes sense for the setting, or is it something that the mod would have to deviously set upon us with artistic license in the hopes of leading us astray? I think it's a worthy question to ponder.

I did not see that one. But useful to keep in mind.

@Gleip - why the sudden hostile, even insulting tone, as soon as you get a little suspicion? How do you think this helps you, in any way?

Also, I'm curious. What makes the roleblocker inherently town? This is a mafia ability as well, is it not? I'm open to hearing other people's thoughts as to why there wasn't a mafia kill last night.

Also, outguessing the mod doesn't seem like it's going to get us very far, in my opinion.

Also, if Solanis is claiming Doctor, then we might not have a roleblocker and that means going back to Silferras and my inactivity theory.

We should win at this point, but if not, then we can assume that Solanis, as the only player who has not demonstrated his innocence at this point, is probably lying. In all scenarios, this is solved by lynching Solanis.

So, let's lynch Silferras and nightkill Gleip. With Gleip dead, we'll then be able to tell if Romertien is telling the truth about him being a Wraith, and if it turns out that he's lying, then we know who to lynch and nightkill tomorrow for the win.

Also, adding onto my Silferras/Inactive Mafia theory, Silferras hasn't been on the forums since the 26'th. Night took place on the 28'th-30'th. There was once again no Mafia kill. This is NOT a coincidence, people.

Protected Furien, Tekora, Gleip, Romertien in that order.

I'm still reasonably leery of marking off Vendetta has confirmed townie, just because he has some weird seemingly useless power.

It must be a coincidence because if I hadn't been around during night, I would have died. Hole in your logic there.

Anyway, yes, I'm your (still busy with school) roleblocker. I was hoping to keep my role under wraps until I got some actually useful and implicating information, but I was forced to protect myself last night instead of doing something useful, so Solanis must have protected the right person. I blocked Shaddus, Gleip, Rika and Riluna, in that order.

So, assuming I haven't made any mistakes with what's been reported, this is what's happened according to what we've all shared now:



With investigations on Tekora, Furien, and me on unspecified nights.

I also believe I've used the assessment on every day, up until this one. If you all wish, I can refrain from doing so for the sake of allowing you all to see if it makes any difference, or assess on my next post and continue the trend as before.

As an additional note, this places some critical scrutiny on Night 2.

If Eldanien was resurrected, but did not have a chance to call either of those targets, then there was, in fact, two mafia kills. Shaddus could have scored one - what about the other? I know it wasn't me with certainty, though naturally, none of you do. Should I die today or tomorrow, I'm relatively certain this will confirm that someone is lying somewhere among us.

Unless, of course, Riluna has any ability to confirm for us at all on who might have killed who on Night 2.
