Neither the pearl nor bloodstone rings work on Dramube, curiously enough (you'd think one would, considering they're sand waves), but the pearl ring does at least get more use in the Seas and such.

I always kind of assumed it gave SUCCOR, which is instant. But I don't have one, so dunno.

No, basically if you happen to have 2 runes, you can get a full refund for the lower one (if they're of the same type). If you happen to have a level 3 bleeding rune and a level 2 bleeding rune, the level 3 will take the place of the level 2 and you'll get a full refund for the level 2.

This is definitely clearer than the announce post.
I'd really like to see a "flexible artifact sale" of some kind, maybe as a later promotion.
In the meanwhile, maybe something more geared to specific trades?
For example:
Spellcrafter's Package - 475cr total
Gloves of Mastery - 400cr
Great Rune of Spacial Expansion - 75cr
or:
Master Chef Lusternia (I know, I'm sorry) - 400cr total
Magic Spatula - 300cr
