I can't temper my champ helm.

I'm beginning to think the only way to catch all the good novices before another family does is to just be as aggressive as possible with the adopting. I just can't bring myself to doing that. sad.gif

Talking to people: easy. Getting others to talk to you: apparently impossible. Lusternia...

Despite my disappointment in the lottery, I find solace in knowing that others put 60+ tickets in the lottery and didn't win anything. smile.gif

And I like that I put in twenty tickets and won a whole lot!

I like that the kid who just bought thousands of credits on a new character won 30 of them on three tickets.

Keep digging, Arte.

Why is he worried about losing Rockholm? Glomdoring will provide the army they need to keep it.
Unknown2010-09-04 01:52:19
Oh man, I think I can sense a hint of bitterness there. A couple more RL months and she'll fit right in with the rest of SW!
Lilian2010-09-04 01:54:24
No bitterness, actually. I just want my own army!
Unknown2010-09-04 01:56:46
Again, Serenwilde is not in a bad spot. If they were, they certainly aren't now. You've got a ton of fighting bards, a lot of Moondancers, and monks. And then the occasional warrior / Lehki. In fact, the last raid I was part of, Serenwilde staved our mighty group off without even asking for Mag to help!

So yes, you have an army too
Lilian2010-09-04 01:58:47
It's only effective when there's someone firmly in command though.
Rika2010-09-04 02:02:15
He's right. Serenwilde isn't in nearly as bad a shape as these forums will make you believe. Just stop comparing it with Glomdoring.
Unknown2010-09-04 02:02:34
Ah, yeah, well you got me there.

Personally, I feel like Lehki does an okay job at that, though. Maybe Eamon/Kolm too.

Even as far as leadership goes, we have it. It's just that we can't have someone capable of leading 24/7.
Unknown2010-09-04 02:08:06
Man, every org has that problem though, even I can only lead 18/7, I still have to sleep.

Good thing I had the glom signal installed right outside my place and gave my phone number to the star council, board directors, and shadow court though.

I don't mean to be bitter sorry, I'm actually smiling now. I like almost everyone in my Commune, so I don't mean insult to them. Just reflecting on the last revolt, though someone told me it was just bad timing.

Yeah, I think arriving at the village only to find all the denizens empowered, and therefore being unable to use the revolt influences, is what ruined Seren's chances more than any other factor.

Yeah, having to influence to get our edge doesn't really work the best when we have to influence to win the village in a revolt too.

Why would you guys even empower Ptoma then if you were already at max Religious feelings (Devout)?
