Surrounding the table are eight thrones each of which are unique, and at the same time equal in elegance. Each throne is made from a solid, golden wax encrusted with precious gems and decorated with complex runic carvings. Faint psionic activity reaches up from the hive and quietly winds its way through the room. There are 4 kephera warriors here. There are 2 kephera attendants here. Zenobia the Queen of Queens reclines imperiously here, her compound eyes alight with an inner fire.

I learned today that Zenobia is hostile, and she hits for 11k+ damage. If you need to be unenemied to the Kephera...ask someone to do it for you.

Both the illithoid and the kephera require a resurrection quest to be unenemied (yes, Cthoglogg has a resurrection quest - it was bugged for a very long time, but it works properly now).
Can we kill Zenobia?
She is giving all those icky kephs a combat boost.
And Imhohet doesn't require a quest when she's up now!

Yep! And while Zenobia is alive, Imhohet should respawn (as should all the Queens). And, if the web is wounded but not destroyed, it will eventually restore itself (much as Cthoglogg has always became invulnerable again after a period of time). And, if an orb is weakened and the Queen is alive, you can redo the Elixir of the Mind quest to restore the orb.
But... but... we can't...
