I always wondered why lusternia doesn't let GM's and CL's perform marriages like the other IRE's do. I mean marriage is more bureaucratic than religious anyways.

Am I the only one who contacts someone and schedules a time they can be around, plans the wedding, then has the wedding? Really beats searching and searching and having it whenever you find someone.

It might be helpful if there was some kind of list of people invested with the ability, at least for couples who aren't that familiar with potential officiants.

That said, it would be nice if a city leader or appointed minister could perform a civil marriage.

Sometimes I'm amazed the Magnagoran Gods haven't killed Ongaku because of his accent. Speaking like that, however, would be certain to get his fuzzy butt fried.

I'm just glad that Ongaku can perform marriages himself now. That way, if I don't find someone else in the DisOrder (or Morgfyre himself), I can just perform the marriage myself.

Also glad that Lucan's been taken care of. Xaakin though... well, who knows if he'll even ever get engaged, lol.

Gods did them before that. I don't care if GMs and CLs get the ability as well, just saying, it's not nearly as hard as people make it out to be. You've got an entire RL month almost to figure out who will marry you and when, at minimum.
