My humor aside (I'm not entirely convinced people can tell when I'm joking, with the sole exception of Shiri tongue.gif), there are two that stand out. Forren and Daevos. Both of them have at least one thing in common. They showed a near-constant level of activity while they were online. They were (mostly) efficient and never wasted a moment.

Also not to be outdone, Mag has had a pretty good run of leaders. Nariah and Veonira will certainly not be forgotten for their work with players and admin to enrich Magnagora's culture. Its a lot more difficult and time intensive than it sounds.

As I see it no matter how 'good' a leader has been in game, the moment they start using instant messages and the like to threaten other players purely to satisfy their own ego, then they lose the right to be considered great or anything else.

I didn't know him, but I've been told Rhysus was an amazing city leader. And I know for a fact Sheia was amazing. Mainly because she had to fight against the idiots just to bring Celest back from an extreme tilt to a semi-flat.

Unfortunately, I disagree. I think the idiots in Celest are live and well, and that Celest's leadership contributes to about 96% of the idiocy. I'm not the only one with that opinion either. tongue.gif

I like Inagin. He gave me a lift to an astral sphere using his cubix. I also like Ilyarin because he enemied for wildnodes and remembered to unenemy when it was over. Celestian leadership mostly seem ok....

Where have you been the past few months?
Aerotan2010-05-25 22:32:34
Anywhere but Celest.

To be fair, Celest's major division right now seems to be between "Inagin's group" and "Jazella's group". Both sides have their own visions of what Celest should be and how to get there, and both sides seem to be attempting to one-up each other over on the way to it. Unfortunately, since a lot of those visions are mutually exclusive, and neither side seems willing to give, that leaves us constantly bickering with each other to the point that nothing gets done.

The same could be said of lots of organizations.

Once someone is exiled and assassinated in Serenwilde we will know.

None. I actually deserved my enemy status for raiding them. tongue.gif

Celebrities, heads of states or especially great communicators. Did they have brains or knowledge? Don't make me laugh. They were popular. Please, it's all about popular. It's not about aptitude, it's the way you're nude, so it's very very shrewd to be popular.

I know I should be surprised, and yet somehow I really ain't.
