Orb of the temporal you: Makes the room behave as a stockroom, nothing in it will decay, yet you can't sell anything from it.

See, I would use this for a treasure vault, or a wine cellar. I would really get use out of this, but the problem lies with a Stasis gem, and the fact that I'd want a treasure vault to allow furniture, which stockrooms do not allow.

I already have a room with a stasis gem, cabinet, chest, and rack. If I could get the chest to be non-decay I'd be such a happy squirrel.

Like any other room, stockrooms allow furniture if they're set to, and don't if they don't. There's nothing magical about stockroom that makes it furnishable or unfurnishable. I've put furniture in stockrooms before.
However, the stockroom's magic preserves neither the furniture, nor its contents.
Now, if you had this rune thingie that made a manse room preserve, then it would perforce be furnishable since manse rooms always are. But it still wouldn't preserve either the furniture or its contents.
Now, for the really bad news. Estarra has said we'll get no more things that preserve items, and has consistently shot down anything that preserves things in any way that doesn't simply replicate how things we already have do (the way vacuums replicate purses). In fact, any idea that someone mistakes for preserving something gets shot down preemptively, even if it wasn't actually supposed to preserve anything.

I'd love a container that stopped items inside decaying if your lastlogin goes over 10 days, but as Lendren said, it won't happen.

For some strange reason, I was never able to put furniture in a store room. I'll have to try it sometime.

should make the spatula half infusion, fortification, preserving, poisoning balance on food. That or just get rid of the balance and equilibrium altogether. It's not like they have to cook already.

COMBAT:
Eternal Pipe: Once per month, your pipe will instantly be filled with a random smoke-able herb
Dagger of transportation: Allows you to teleport instantly from your current room to two rooms ahead. Remember, if a bear is chasing you, you don't run faster than the bear, but your friend.
---
TRADE:
Compact forge: Carry a miniature forge around with you. With X of the right commodities you can build a forge at your spot that will last until destroyed or un-built.
Amateur Salesman: With this item in your inventory, anyone can come up to you and ask you for wares. Limit up to 5 items.
---
UTILITY:
Wand of silence: With a whip of this wand you can force the target to keep silent, not allowing a simple tell or word to be said for the next 5 min. Perfect for disciplining that unruly serf.
Gloves of Attunement:
Allow yourself to attune to more than one environment (up to 2)
---
MISC:
Sapling transformation tool thingy: In times of dire need, you can convert yourself into a sapling to hide from enemies. But beware, they can still chop you down for wood and your soul.
---
AETHERCRAFT:
Escape Pod: In aetherspace you can use the following command to be automatically ejected in a sphere towards the closest aetherport - taking you to safety from that nasy Domoth. Can only be used when the ship is nearly destroyed.
Aethership emotions: Your aethership now has a resounding voice that speaks to you with pre-described sentences. For example, it can tell you to turn right, and tell you again to turn the other right. Hilarity ensues
Aethership disguise: With a flash, cover your aethership with a guise of a greater being. Be able to pass closer to the enemy ships. Any hostile action will drop the guise.
---
Dingbat item:
Doll of Godliness: When poked will give you a random god's quote. Poke the doll too much, and feel the miniature pain as it casts thunderbolts at you.
Bears special resentment to being called, "Muffin"
Wand of dancing:
Simply point this wand to the target vermin, and watch in amazement as they dance before your eyes

Oh, oh, how about like...an artifact magnifying glass that gives you a small line whenever you get damaged as to what type of damage you just got hit with and how much you just got hit for? I'd adore this just so that I can catalogue what critters damage with what kind of damage type as opposed to guessing with a magictome/determining through a deathsight.
An example!
I know you can code in your own damage calculator, but I'd really, really want the magnifying glass just to know about the damage type itself. Pretty, pretty, pretty please?
An example!
CODE
6578h, 6891m, 7629e, 10p, 23620en, 32710w ekdb<>-
A thornbeast flays you with its thorny tendrils.
Incurred an approximate 244 cutting damage. <------Me want.

One herb per month? That's like 3.5k gold per RL year. If it cost 5cr, you'd make your money back in twice the time Lusternia has been around.

Did you just suggest the blink dagger from DotA? Depending on cooldown and exact implementation, this could be fun, sort of like a sprint arti almost.

That's a bit more than utility when you consider the combat skills like HexenThroat, Transmology Throat, and all of bard songs, that depend on the ability to speak.

Why not a butterknife that creates slickness when pointed at a person?

But then it'd be combative, and I just want my utility artifacts!
Thus, my wanted list goes:
-damage type identifying glass
-totemcarving butterknife
-statue enchanting gloves

Oh, another artifact idea! A Newton day pass! For an IC month, the ticket would let you enter the Newton Caverns! Finally be able to complete the Newton quests you were too dumb to (then) figure out and with the added stipulation that you can't act aggressively against anyone else in the area except for denizens!
<--was sadly too dumb then to figure out the quests.
