I thought that COLLEGE only worked when you were still a student. Once you graduate, and you're no longer a novice, you can only use GUILD STATUS.

It use to be...let's see the wording. If you had the language you reincarnated into, you lost both languages, the old racial language, and the one you went into (no speaking aslari as an aslaran...)
I think it works fine now, you'll get an empty slot to learn? You'll lose the old racial, gain new racial. If you alreadyknew the racial, empty slot.

Illithoid, strictly speaking, shouldn't have hair. But since they arrived on the surface of the Basin and interbred with humans, some of them can take on more human appearances. Lydesne is a mishmash of human, viscanti and a distant bit of illithoid.
