I didn't count the Kethuru/Souless stuff because that's not what I call an arc, rather, they're cast members instead of special guest stars. I just notice recent events of various types have had them at the helm. Good point about the Plaguelord.

Keep in mind that the Plague Lord is an Avatar of Muud. It was part of one of the Soulless arcs, but we had no idea that this was the case for quite some time; a lot of us were frankly getting sick of the Plague Lord's over-use.

How does beast block work? Does it block 100% of movement attempts through the blocked exit, and if not, about what %?
It's size dependent. The bigger you are, the better chances you have of blocking other people. I wish it had the powered BLOCK FIRM option that Athletics Block has which makes the block 100% regardless of size, but I'll need to find an envoy with nothing else to submit for December.
