You join the Institute and make use of the delicious assistance of ISMBARD BRUNL, TEMPORAL ENGINEER. biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

Or you could just emote it/illusion it if you have that ability. That's what I did. The only Divine assistance my solid air project had was Elostian area-illusioning one of my explosions quite unasked.

1. Now, this is going from memory, as I have not played in quite a while.

15 CON
12 STR
16 INT
18 CHA (I think this is 16 usually, as my character is a Cantor which gives +2 CHA)

2. You get +1 to all stats at titan. At demi, you 'buy' stat increases with essence.
