If you authored and published a literary work IG, can it be submitted to the Bardic contest as well (assuming it's appropriate)? I know it's been accepted in the past but wasn't sure if there was a change in that policy.
The last story I published won Bardics and was a prestige book as well.

Is there a cult log or anything that shows when someone uses a veneration skill or adds cult essence?

Yes, though as far as I know only the cult leader can read it. I think it might be readlog yourname or something.

In today's revolt, I noticed this:
Talan pulls Albert Dimple, the butler aside and they talk softly together, gesturing to each other with great animation.
Talan gazes contemplatively at Albert Dimple, the butler, who looks deeply affected.
Albert Dimple, the butler asks Talan what's in it for him if the Village of Stewartsville were to follow the Free Alliance of Glomdoring.
I've never noticed the bolded line with anyone else influencing, what exactly is that?

It's an influencing buff, stacks with the other buffs for regular influence, but it also works on village influence and amnesties, where buffs are less common, so it is nice.

I need some of that. 35 points is steep though... and 18m.

So improbable that I would use normal avatars if it happened.
New Question:
Does deleting comments before re-submitting a rejected design mark it as admin only? It sure feels like it, but I wish I'd known that at the time.

No, but if it's been previously rejected, those reviewers can't review it again.
Raeri2011-04-11 07:29:55
How long do designs hang in the 'submitted' queue before you can safely assume no more reviewers have access to it, and what should you do if that happens?

Be patient. One of our more gutsy administrators will go through the queue and comb out designs that've sat there for a while. If you're truly impatient and it's been there for a week or two, you can withdraw it and re-submit it flagged no mortal review. That will at least get our attention (however such designs often have a long wait time of their own, so it could be hit-or-miss).

What instruments exist in Lusternia? (be it for bards or not.) we have: lute, lyre, mandolin, viola, violin and the flute and drums from auctions? ...are there any other things exist but are not playable by bards?
Xiel2011-04-11 18:52:43
If you're including quest instruments as well, there's the organ in Mahalla's cave on top of the unplayable but regular items such as the Artisan flutes and trumpets and the auction drums.
