Why am I gaining insanity for hunting on the Glacier Sea?

Believe it's part of Water, and since you're a city enemy, you're accruing insanity while there.

That was my first thought, but I've been enemied to Celest for a while and it never happened before, and it doesn't show as enemy territory when I survey. Which is why I'm confused about it suddenly happening now!

It's possible Celest has built the Guardian Pearl since your last trip: this would double the insanity gain, and might make it noticeable over a short period.

I get that it's technically on Water, but why would this even affect the Glacier Sea? It's not affiliated with Celest, so the insanity gain/construct effect shouldn't be there in the first place...

The Guardian Pearl is indeed up - if I had to guess it affects the entire Plane of Water, which the Glacier Sea is on!
