Is the willpower/endurance regen from kirigami and wet fold origami a full regen or only partial?

You mean the refresh after an hour? Full.

Suits and gowns can be enchanted, along with hats, but they must be designated under the "greatrobes" category during submission. So no, designs listed under highfashion specifically cannot be enchanted.
Can they be proofed? Or is it just the higher prestige that puts something in highfashion as opposed to Dresses?

Only prestige.

If I want a refill of pennyroyal tea, do I ask for a brewmeister or a cook?
Xiel2011-07-08 23:05:19
If it's a public design, either can make it.

Does Drawdown give +1 weight or +2 to intelligence?
Also, regarding Surge, will a point of constitution give you the most benefit or will a point of intelligence?

Pretty sure it's +1 weight.
With surge, 1 point of Con == 1 point of Con. 1 point of Int == 1/3 a point of Con.

Surge isn't really based on int/con points. It just takes a third of your mana and turns it into health.

As far as health goes, though, they're the exact same thing.
It only is a difference if you're also looking at your mana totals. If looking at health and only health, every Int point counts as 1/3 of a Con. (They give the same amount of mana / health)

But if you have something that boosts mana totals outside of stats, like inspiration, that ascendant thing, or throne/tosha blessing your surge amount WILL increase.

Quite true!
That wasn't the question, though.
Even in those cases, a point of int is worth 1/3 the amount of a point of con to Health (assuming equal bonuses, such as Tosha / Throne / etc). Int is easier to get, so it's definitely a useful addition, but a point of con is pretty much always going to be more effective if you can get it.
Unknown2011-07-09 20:14:07
Technically, the usefulness of con and int depend on your goal, but it's probably safe to assume he wants more health. A point of int would boost both your mana and your health, so maybe you want that instead!

Does SolemnCall work through distort? Or does it have some particularly use? I'm trying to figure out why you would use that instead of having everyone just pilgrimage.

Nothing in the AB states that it must be cast at the altar. It'd be kind of silly if it did.

On a slightly different note, I went to "Google" Lusternia. There's a (somewhat'ish) new feature that you can mouse over the link and it will give you a preview of the website in the right hand side. Why is Google displaying a way-old looking version of the website?
EDIT: Never seen this page before. Found it through that "Lusternia" Google search.
