With enough money, you can do just about anything.

Ah, so it is a generic bird kind of thing though? I wonder if you could pay extra to get something different.

I feel like there was a question about this and it was possible, but I may be making that up. There is a "manse dweller" that you can add mailing capabilities to.

Oh, yeah, I know about the dweller, but you can't request the letters from the dweller like you can from a post office.

If you buy a post office for your manse, what kind of delivery critter do you get? Is it a generic pigeon? Does it default to your org's mail critter? Can you specify something unique?

Yeah a dove, I was also wondering, if it was possible to change what animal does the delivering. Turtles ftw

Right before I entered someone's aethemanse, I saw someone stuff my beheaded head on a spike into a pack at the aetherplex.

Bwuh...?

Is it possible to direct a production at a stage other than your own city's?

Yes. Make a production and then make anyone you like a director, and that person can manage that production any way they wish. In fact, you can go a step farther: the guild leaders can make anyone a stage manager, able to create and delete and assign productions; they don't have to be in the guild or even in the city.

As Siam said for library so for theater: if a guest director's production were submitted to the World Stage, the director gets the credit in his honors, and he'd still get the ticket revenues (hah!), but the hosting stage determines who gets the culture points.

I don't know how Lendren would feel about it, of course. But that's a whole different question.

It's one of those things that I've always assumed you could do if you bugged them enough and waved credits at them, but that isn't actually documented or encouraged.

Are our PM folders supposed to only be able to hold 50 messages? Seems a bit limited to me.

What happens if you sprint in a direction in the Tosha Pits? I'm afraid to try.

Sprint has a range cap, I think, although it mostly seems to be used as a way to prevent endless loops like that.

Disclaimer: I could be totally imagining that.

brew 7657 to keg
You must have an empty bottle in your inventory.

Pure, dark purple amethyst gems craft this small keg. The surface has a
hammered appearance, granting it some texture. Due to the slightly frail
nature of the gems, this keg has no spigot, but rather a removable lid
also crafted of amethyst, allowing vials or other containers to be
dipped directly into the keg.
It has 99 months of usefulness left.
It weighs about 7 pounds.
It bears the distinctive mark of Herald of Harmony, Lady Kalista Hartfire-Valente, White Lotus.

Anyone know what's wrong? sad.gif This is frustrating, since the keg is empty and I just brewed one into another one.
Ssaliss2010-08-06 19:48:18
Could the other keg come before that one in II? In that case it's trying to fill into the first keg, which isn't empty. Try using the ID of the empty keg instead.

Does it always take a long time for robe designs to be accepted?
Daraius2010-08-06 22:22:14
They'll be accepted two days after the last time you ask.

Actually, it's just like any other design. It can take anywhere from a few minutes to several months, depending on what the reviewers perceive as errors, and what things get flagged, and whether you allow mortal reviewers, and whether Mars is approaching is perihelion, and so on.

How come dirigibles can't hold gold, but they can hold thousands upon thousands of comms?
