Perform sober just effects speech from what I've seen. If it helps the fumbles too the rate has to be very small.

What Shaddus means is does the charm just reduce how drunk they get or does it reduce the command fail rate so like an extra perform sober effect.
Yeah, what he said.

Wow. I would most likely never win any of those (simply because I never have enough credits at one time to spend on them), but I might try for that extra tradeskill slot item. That's pretty awesome!

If you don't think you're going to win any of the others, I don't think you'll have a shot at one of those extra tradeskills. Pretty sure they will go for the most of all artifacts on auction.

Wow 20% chance of 100 bleeding....? That is actually alot. Though only reliably works on monks and warriors, but some classes will find that a more potent passive offense than their own. And I would assume it acts like other passives, so each monk combo has a total chance of 20% setting it off, not 20% per hit (as per the changes to the other passives).
I am waiting to hear if the stable is free or costs something... or even better if you could like STABLE SET FEE <#> to set what it would charge other people per month!
Does smokers pouch create 30 puffs, or 30 actual herbs? Like 10 faeleaf, 12 weed, and 8 coltsfoot? Etc? (and will it be making up any new herbs?)
P.S.
This is what someone meant by dont put up the max bid up front..... why is one at 35? Because people set a high enough max!

The pouch will make 30 herbs per round. Presuming it isn't already full.
And no, no plan on new herbs.

Bet a Harbinger would love that cloak. Does it take up your cloak slot in your clothing?

Yes.

So the cloak procs on not just warriors/monks, but any attacks in the same room? Not that it makes it alright. Still sounds pretty powerful.

Says physical attacks.. not sure if it means things like monk/knight hits... or if it means physical damage type/source...
Its powerful regardless of which in my opinion.

Yes.
It would be able to hold a proofing since it takes up the cloak spot then, right? (i.e. would the wearer have to give up a proofing slot to wear this?)

Cloak: How much bleed per attack -and- what attacks does this work on?
You have to be in the same room as the target, and there is a 20% of 100 bleed per attack.

This makes it sound like any attack in the same room.

I very much doubt that the cloak is going to trigger if someone attacks someone else. I think the above is written from the perspective of the attacker (i.e. it won't work on ranged attacks).

We'd discussed this, yes. I'm not sure if it's made it through the final cut or not.

Hmm ok. That makes a considerable difference in its worth IMO.

Even I can't beat that, though I'm close.

Some while back, I skill flexed from psymet into acrobatics. Somewhat unsatisfied with the lack of physical DMP, I switched back. Curiously enough, even though I dropped the acrobatic skill (actually forgetting it) I was able to retain the passive acrobatic defenses (ex. balancing, elasticity). These defenses stayed with me until I QQ'ed. Never thought to bug it, as skill flexing was limited by time and credits. NOW, with the doctoral cord, you could gain all of the passive defenses from both skill sets. . . imagine the OP'ness? Going to bug this now.

They would also fade when you died, but yes, that would be a bug.
