Two weeks and I might be able to play!

Sheen into Triforce, Manamune, Frozen Heart, and Banshee's. You should have around 200 AD, 3k+ mana for a huge mana shield, and 20% CDR for power fist (plus whatever you get from runes, masteries, blue buff and blue pot). It's not exactly DPS, Blitz isn't really a carry. But with 40% CDR you're using power fist every 3s, proccing Sheen when you do. And then when you're about to die, you get an extra 1500 health from mana shield that most people won't expect, so they'll over-commit instead of running. If they do try to run, you grab them and finish them off.

That wonderful moment when you have half of your teammates yelling at you because you're a "retard" but then the whole entire enemy team tells them you carried. It's nice to know there are nice people out there.

Hey everybody, I started playing this over the weekend (explains my not being in Lusty all weekend).

I was a little worried about the learning curve, but I think I'm getting the hang of things.

My summoner name is Valabrax.



I played against someone using Brand yesterday, and he absolutely murdered me multiple times.

His passive gives a debuff that takes away a percentage of your health in magic damage when you're "ignited" from his abilities. His ultimate is a giant fireball that bounces between his enemies. Enemies that are ablaze will make it go faster, and gather momentum to hit more targets. His skillshot can stun if you're ablaze. A Banshee's Veil can completely ruin him.

Still waiting on Ilyssa to teach me how to play...

I love the people that just won't pop a Banshee's Veil ever. They just wait for someone else to do it, and that guy is waiting for someone else to... sometimes it plays out as complete immunity to any single target spell. I make a mental note to myself to purposely pop a veil every time I get the opportunity to, just so other people shoot them.

It can save you so many times, plus even with the nerf where it only procs every fourty-five seconds now, it can still go off twice during a teamfight if it isn't just one big, one-sided cluster .

So if anyone was looking to me for tips for some odd reason, Banshee's is a must for fighting any team that has good hard CC. Even one Annie or a Malphite that likes initiating.

I can't seem to do any damage to this guy, even when playing a DPS class, but he can catch up and kill me in seconds. The "tips" section of the game basically just says he's very powerful and you should team up against him.

Warwick heals himself on every autoattack, and also has an ability that steals life (Slavering bite). If you want to fight him 1v1 you have to be packing something that reduces healing such as Ignite, Katarina's Bouncing Blades (Empowered with Killer Instincts), or the item Executioner's Calling. His ult also supressses, which will prevent movement, attacks, skills, and even summoner spells. The only thing you can do is wait it out, have someone CC Warwick to stop it, since it's channeled, or use the item Quicksilver Sash.

Not that suppression is not a stun, in that while it stops new activity for the duration, it will not cancel channeled abilities.

Erm, if I'm not wrong, you can't cleanse or Quicksilver Sash suppression. That was the whole point of having suppression as opposed to stun in the first place.

EDIT: Also, CC-ing Warwick will prevent him from attacking, which will also cut down on the amount of life he will steal, making it easier to kill him.

You can QSS, Malz ult suppresses and it works there too. Not sure about cleanse though, not that it matters since no one ever plays that except like...trynd and ezreal.

Hrm, then my memory must be faulty then, oh well.
