Not yet. My powers are kinda on the weak side, so I'm interested to what I learn from this one after slotting folderback.

Well, I had no night actions. HOWEVER. Shaddus-Saran interaction seems interesting. Saran seems the more scummy, and I would have voted for him, but now I wait to see what this chip does.

Saran lifts his arm up into the air as he slots in the Colonel chip. Her body glows with power, as her arm transforms into a sword. A beam of energy flies out of the sword and into the sky, like an arrow. Three blocks fall down before him, and he slashes the sword, cleaving all three blocks with one clean cut. Something falls out of one of the stone blocks, and Saran picks it up before anyone else can get it.

yeah, just gave me a random chip.

I don't lie like Shaddus, when I listed what my chips do I listed all of them.

I guess I'll SLOT-IN Recover 300 and see what it does targeting myself if it requires a target.

If you still insist that I am scummy after this then please lynch, keeping in mind that all I ask is for the head of Shaddus on a fancy and well decorated platter when you see my role.

I searched the thread for recover, nothing came up so I just assumed it was something I saw after trying to workout folderback

searched again without the space, though I'm not sure why not remembering one post from a week ago is scummy. Especially given the apparent power and that it will not protect me against a lynching.


Stepping back, I would congratulate the mafia if Shaddus is not part of them. Logically the town will want to lynch me(though it relied heavily on who shaddus roleblocked), then they will lynch Shaddus for being "obvious scum" next day phase getting two days of guaranteed townie kills for one skipped night. If this is pulled off then town looses end of next day phase, rather clever really.

As an extension of slotting the chip I do indeed claim that I am Colonel.exe

Most interesting that this has not actually been given any consideration those voting for me could be considered to be... ignoring this, which is actually rather dangerous in a theme game especially when the characters can be researched.

Though perhaps none of you were around for the tv show mafia where we managed to catch scum because they claimed their characters not knowing that they were bad guys.

Either way Shaddus, if I die today, you will die tomorrow. This isn't a scum thing, it's not "oooh we so gonna night kill him for this" cause there will be no need for the mafia to kill you, you will die because your claims lead to the the lynching of an official.

If we expect that there is a three person mafia in town, and I die. Town looses because if the mafia kill next night phase their numbers are equal to the town which would be an automatic win for them. If my earlier comments about strategy prove valid, then by not lynching anyone last night and having shaddus claim he roleblocked me they get themselves what would be a garunteed lynch.

Also, you'll notice I actually mentioned three scenarios, two of which don't have you in them. Nor have I voted for you yet, though you've voted for me in a very pretty OMGUS way.

Bolded is incorrect unless you only consider that you have provided two scenarios, two and three are effectively the same except that two implies that I am scum.

The only reason for being defensive is because the officials lose if the town officals lynch one of their own again, if the situation was different I would not care really as there is little lost except the results of folderback which I can't really share because I could potentially help the scum.

My more recent interest is that you do not seem to acknowledge this, more reason to vote for you really. Neither does Ayisdra who I remember was reading the thread after I posted that yet has not commented which seems odd given the amount of random commentary that she provided for the majority of the game.

I don't make large posts on every thing, detailing small things people have said, like some do. I make small posts on what I see and think from time to time, its how I play when I do.

It was more that your name kept appearing and disappearing which lead to the assumption really.

Here's why:

In this thread, Esano says that he attempted to steal a chip from Saran. The attempt went though, but since there wasn't any chip to steal, he didn't get anything from it.

Then, in this thread, Shaddus asks what chip Esano got from Saran.

Then, in this thread, Arix points out that Esano didn't get a chip from Saran.

Then, in this thread, Shaddus tries to say that Esano said that Saran had a chip and tried to use it.

That is clearly not what Esano said, which Esano himself points out in this thread.

Look, all I know is I roleblocked Saran last night, and nobody died. I didn't get a message from Kira saying that Saran used or didn't use a chip, I'm just guessing Saran did (and hoping I caught a Mafia member. If not, bah. ) I also feel it's odd how defensive and post-y that Saran got.
