Okay, so... half in the midst of planning my wedding for Aeral. Am I missing anything from the checklist?

-Person to do ceremony
-Rings
-Vows
-Guest list
-Food
-Location
-Clothing (being handled by the amazing Kialkarkea)
-Illusions

Should I have food, or not? I almost see no point. Cake, or just little treats? Cookies? Wedding cake? Alcohol? How much of it? (planning on doing this ahead of time and storing it.)

Should the person to do the ceremony be a family member? A God? (I want Lady Terentia, but that isn't working out)

Should the rings be matching or similar? I feel like they should be matching and I'm stuck deciding between these:

Sydney and I are both aslaran, so I figured I would go with something that would work racially as well. (aka not clash with fur). Any one you like?

As for location we may be using the Dawneye Manse, since there may be enemies of Celest attending the wedding. By the way, is that against the rules? Can I have enemies of my commune at my wedding?

Since I'm an illusionist I want to have some special effects, something that indicates the bond between two, but I'm not sure how to display it... going to sort that out as my own design.

Simple is good! And unplanned is fun! My wedding was awesome. No plans besides that I designed a dress to wear. We got Incabulos to do it because he was 1) around and 2) able to marry people, and he did it like we were signing a business contract. "You may Collectivise the bride."- so awesome!

If we're only on 1/4 base, I don't think we have to worry about this yet.

I'd like to have something slightly planned. A formal ceremony.

But between the time that I posted this and now, I've decided on no food, guest list is going to be whoever happens to be awake (with it posted on the forums for those not), and the ring. I'm still doing the vows and illusions (they're all planned and written up). So I'm just waiting on the custom designs Kialkarkea made me.

This is how I do weddings would do weddings if anyone ever asked me to marry them.
