First raid was a ton of fun! Probably shouldn't have beamed to Shuyin/Iytha/Krellan when everyone but Silvanus was dead/gone though...
On the upside, pretty sure I cut Viynain's leg off at one point
Also, Badluck took my swings like five times in a row at the end I would have died anyway but it's less fun when you can't get a hit in.

Rave to Ryylaet for being such a great mentor and showing me some new places to hunt yesterday. And for giving me a needle full of esteem to offer so I could bring my karma back up.

Yay! A kill message for heartpiece!
That's a pretty sweet one too. I still want to see the disembowel deathsight if anybody has it.

It's something like (person) slumps to the ground, wrapped in the coils of his/her steaming intestines.

I know that one, I'm more curious about the global deathsight, not the actual death message.

I'll let someone do it to me in the arena, Turnus. Just grab me sometime. I need to test a ton of things anyway. Now, as for deathsights...I want to see the Heartstone kill deathsight.

It's a generic deathsight message when someone is killed in the arena. The hearthstone deathsight is buried somewhere in my numerous logs, but don't have access to them. Think it mentions breaking the persons heart or some such.

What an awesomely busy day.
Squee. Epic completion followed by Gaudiguch's first aetherbubble.

You put the Hand of Tzaraziko into the Marble Statue of Tzaraziko.
Your karma rises in response to your deeds.
You gain a new honour!
The Marble Statue of Tzaraziko glows with sudden power, pointing the Hand of Tzaraziko at the city
of Gaudiguch. A blaze of energy streaks out from the Eye of Illith, engulfing the Marble Statue of
Tzaraziko in a twisting column of writhing energies.
You have completed the Sacred Guardian's third and final task!
The Golden Belt of the Enlightened materialises in your hands.
Swirling flames leap up from the ground about your feat, swirling upwards and consuming your vision.
You relax as the fires warm your skin yet do not burn, and a peaceful sense of 'rightness' washes
over you. As the fires begin to fade, you find yourself standing within the Chamber of Enlightenment.
The Chamber of Enlightenment.
Throughout the location, small dancing flames flicker and spark. In the shape of an open palm, a
metallic sigil lies here. A sigil in the shape of a small, rectangular monolith is on the ground.
You see exits leading north, northeast, southeast, southwest, northwest, up, and down.
Flickering motes of fire cling to your waist before solidifying into the Golden Belt of the
Enlightened.
---
The vortex in the sky above suddenly collapses in on itself, forming a stream of pulsating energy
which streaks down from the heavens, blasting the energies within the Ring of Shattered Solace.
A column of brilliant light shoots up from the Eternal Flame as it synchronises with the energies of
the Ring of Shattered Solace.
The Phaerix Ghant of Gaudiguch violently explodes, sending black plumes of smoke towering high into
the air.
An aetheric beacon violently explodes, sending black plumes of smoke towering high into the air.

Squee, it was the ship I was bombarding with that got the final bombard. Apparently, I am all firey and such. That makes me happy though, helping the city a bit.

Oops, typing on my iPod, either I miss the auto-corrects, or I miss my grammar errors and it doesn't catch them either.

After a month, the internet finally being fixed. Amazing what getting randomly dropped for 5 minutes every half and hour or so does to your ability to play.

This viola is made of the cracked bones of an elder stag, glued together with a dark brown mix of
leaves and blood. The dry crimson first blood from aristocratic elven virgins leaves a tinted red
coloring along the waist and lower bout of the viola. The neck of the viola is the torn spine from a
crippled elven elder. The head is lightly attached as the scroll, the mouth sewn shut with the
decomposing eyes open in an ever present horror. The base of the head is hollowed and filled with
fingers from an elven boy. The fingers were ripped off by a black direwolf, and the tooth holes form
the peg box at the hilt of the violin. The hairs torn from the scalp of an elven maiden are thinly
twined together to form the strings, pushed through the peg box gently and stretched out along the
neck. Attached are the fine tuners carved from the pelvic bone of a pregnant elven mother. The
fetuses dangle from the wet umbilical cords of their still birth, their arms and legs bound together
tightly by rose vines. Each cord is tied through the double f-holes in the body. Each of the fetuses
has its' mouth sewn shut, the decomposing flesh hanging loosely from their jaws. A regal dust,
combined by the wretched tears of elven mothers and their sons grinded into a dust, was used to
polish the tailpiece. Cut from the jaw of an elven priest, the dried tongue is stretched out to
provide a suitable chin rest for the viola. Scratched underneath is a tell-tale sign of the Cimmerii
family crest.

Oh, how lovely... *nervous laugh*
Seriously though, it sounds pretty cool but it's really gruesome...
Enyalida2011-08-29 06:18:00
Why does your viola have fingers? That sounds like an incredibly impractical viola .
Sakr2011-08-29 15:03:41
The fingers are what make the pegbox actually, where they are crushed and punctured from the fangs of the direwolf to form irregular holes to place the string, or in this case hair through. Didn't directly name it as the pegbox though... but squee.
