Back to Common Grounds.

I guess the tradition comes up because it makes no sense to accept responsibility for when the client produces weird formatting errors like linebreaks all over the place or something. You have to blame some other random idiot. And then people just use it for their own screwups like posting things to the wrong board. chin.gif

Rave to Daraius for NOT blaming his mis-post ICly on a scribe.

TRUTH.

It is in perfect condition.

Regular robes. Only took about 30 tries biggrin.gif
Also raves for Faragan lending his shears to the effort!

Sort of a rave, sort of a rant.

Newt Blasterson exclaims, "Great Void! You've given me enough to work the machine!"
The machine spins and spins, rapidly gaining speed.

The machine suddenly shoots a beam of prismatic light upwards, the sheer force smashing a hole
through the ceiling.

A beam of prismatic light arcs in the sky, piercing upwards and through the Void, followed by the
cheering of gnomes.

Newt Blasterson exclaims, "Yes....yes!"
Newt Blasterson cackles hellishly.

A beam of prismatic light shines in the sky once more, retreating inwards through the smashed
ceiling and back into the machine. The machine whirrs and sputters, before spitting out a kings
ransom of goods which Newt Blasterson promptly retrieves.

Throwing his hands in the air, Newt Blasterson tosses his head back and laughs sadistically.

You see Newt Blasterson yell, "My beautiful invention has done it! MUAHAHAHAHA! I suppose I'll share
some of our spoils with you....this time."

Newt Blasterson scowls miserably.

Ok, so all that effort and I did... What, exactly?

She aided the gnomes of the Facility in a mysterious endeavor.

How fitting. dry.gif

Just be sure not to ask Phoebus's opinion on those.

I thought it was BattleBombard, but it turns out they got bored and wanted a new way to start wild nodes. sad.gif

I got a surprise from Jeremiah. Turns out, I hadn't actually gotten my dingbats from the Wayfaire, so now I have lots of sticky dingbats.

I love NAMEGEN. It is both a useful tool for unimaginative types like me and a way to see common IG race names and spelling patterns. It's also fun to see unfortunate names, like 'Vagina' for Dwarven females. Anyway, it's a shame other games don't have this feature.

My favorite will always be NAMEGEN LUCIDIAN MALE giving me "Oxcock" as a result. That poor, poor hypothetical lucidian child. blackeye.gif

Epic escapes from enemy villages when you're the sole target is pretty exciting.
