o Withdrawing from an organizational bank account now requires a
reason to be provided.
o Fixed a bug that would cause merchant's ledgers to show the wrong
prices if you happened to be standing in a shop with price policies
at the moment you checked it.
o Fixed a bug in the new library book word count algorithm that gave
too much credit for certain symbols, and could cause word counts
displayed to be out of date.
o Moon Waning now shows the secondary affliction line as other aeon
skills do.
o New DIPLOMACY SUMMARY command summarizes all your enemy statuses
and their durations, amnesty, and fines.
o New DIPLOMACY SUMMARY command available to members of the
Ambassadorial Ministry, which summarizes all enemy statuses of
organizations related to your city or commune (guilds, orders, and
guild special organizations).
o Harmonics Resonance was again getting targetted towards the caster.
This should be fixed, and if it happens again, it should correct
itself automatically.
