How about reflections? And Illusory self, which I'll admit kills the power quickly. It's not Nightaura, but it may help you hit and run.
I haven't had issues with any single thing yet, and I didn't as a Moondancer. The difference is that as a Moondancer I could get serious and take four gorgogs at one time, as a faeling bard that looks like it would be suicidal. Fishers hit me for about 500 more on their big attack, and I've heard scary things about inner Muud. I have to recalculate all my dmp, I guess, and see what actually changed.
That said, IllusorySelf, Rune of Absorption, and Bodyguard together are lols.
Kiradawea2011-05-03 23:23:52
Well yeah you gotta. There are no common skills between Moondancers and Spiritsingers. But you should still be able to get an Astrologer to sphere you up at least. And you get 10 spirits again now don't you? So 20 DMP to everything... would be more if you had a sulfur softcharm as I think they do a lot of poison damage... or was it asphyx? Been so long since last and there isn't a nifty "you got so much damage of this type of source" feedback like what Aetolia got.

Is it a bad thing that I conducted a job interview for the purpose of "Childfarming spouse"?

Not in Hallifax.
Vadi2011-05-04 01:51:04
Everyone except Gloms does a shoddy job of keeping Nature up.
Esano2011-05-04 02:12:30
Which is totally why it had dropped to sceptre before it fluxed....

I leave for just a couple months and when I come back almost -every- clan I was a part of is pretty much dead. These suckers have lasted years! WTF man?

I miss Alger.

It wasn't just me?? I was trying to show someone something with anatine and I couldn't hit myself, and I was confused. I thought I was just going crazy or was unlucky enough to be trying to attack with things that don't work regardless or something.
Unknown2011-05-04 22:20:53
It turns out you could tattoo yourself if you were clumsy. Someone bugged that.
Conclusion? Blame monks.

That was actually a relevant combat thing with gust, someone should envoy that.

I want to go to bed because I have class in the morning and I want to read before going to sleep but I know as soon as I go to bed there will be aetherflares because aetherflares always start as soon as I go to sleep and then I will be sad because I missed them again.

You realise that, if they always start as soon as you go to bed, you won't take part in one, regardless of whether you go to bed now or not? So, get some sleep
EDIT: I should probably check the time of posts before replying. Sometimes.

The no self tattooing restriction is getting rather annoying, I seem to not be able to run into another tattooist who can ink chests

Yes, but in theory I could delay the flares long enough to make sure there are people logged in to actually try and go after them. >.>
Incidentally, .

At this point, I think we have enough empirical evidence to conclusively say that aetherflares happen when we're all asleep.
Unknown2011-05-05 17:36:33
I don't think I've been awake for a flare since the first one.

No man, they're all totally random.
