People trying to stay in tiers they started in given all the achievement and experience bonuses seems okay to me, but I am very sure there is at least one person ranking in the 1-60 bracket who is abusing experience loss to stay in Newton for the Great Hunt. Restricted area, one-hit kills, quick respawns, etc etc. Hmmmm.

I'm also wondering about Teruelle's conveniently-timed loss of Demigodhood.

At least Demigod carries benefits. 60 to 61 is just a number they picked.

1-70, 71-90 and 91-100+ seem like better tiers to me.
