Because I'm lazy? When designing, and saying I'm using every colour in the rainbow, it's easier to just add a palette comm, rather then one of each tint.

Only one person seemed to have any interest in me getting HavocCry, and even she still said to get something else.

I have JudiciousPresence, and I use it very rarely now, trying to save it mostly for the few raids I see. Most people probably won't care one way or the other what you try to do for them, but I think HavocCry could be cool to see. I was thinking about Aegis myself.

JudiciousPresence is awesome. It's what gives me that tanky feeling, along with the Throne of Urlach.
