(Jhagar): Shikha says, "Vathael steps out of the shadows, his black cape flowing regally around his strange shiny plastic black armour. "Shikha," he says with utmost sincerity, "I am your father.""

Problem, Nexus?

Arix2010-11-15 21:28:15
Give it time to reset, that interface is fiddly
Ssaliss2010-11-15 21:33:28
That would be a GMCP-bug and not a Nexus-bug. If you want the technicals, GMCP sends a message at login with your stats; it should also send one when you change your age, but it doesn't apparently. Makes me wonder if it sends one when you age naturally...
Shamarah2010-11-15 21:42:48
Yeah, it was fine when I re-logged later, just thought it was funny.
Ileein2010-11-15 21:51:13
Clearly Nexus was coded by the Temporal Conclave.

» Deaths Report:
» Jeitara, the Seductress
» a gaseous cloier a pale, long-limbed jester
» toxic water from the Sea of Despair

That event was interesting, to say the least.

Edited to show Guen's deaths

website lists Arix as 127, I believe. every other relevant detail changes when I update but that. Arix has not been 127 for quite awhile

That isn't GMCP though; that's the MUD-Web interface. Could always try to BUG it though...

I did, no reply.

EDIT: Actually, that may have been the one that was dismissed as not being remotely worth looking into

QUOTE
(Market): Lawliet says, "Bookbinder for hire. Seeking children."

You tell Lawliet Letara, The Duality, "I do hope you aren't using those children to either make books for you, or to make the books out of them..."

Lawliet tells you, "I most certainly am not!"

Lawliet tells you, "They're going to make books out of each other. I have combined the two!"

my problem with the new client, and I'm happy that I only have the one real issue, is that it does not save my options settings from session to session. If I log out and come back, I have to reselect and save 'return to login' and 'use composer window' every time I go on Lusty

QUOTE
You say, "Freaks annoy me."
-
You point an opal wand at a grotesque crystalline freak, releasing a stream of coruscating energies that rips into his body.
You have scored an ANNIHILATINGLY POWERFUL CRITICAL hit!
The glowing corpse of a grotesque crystalline freak hovers in the air for several seconds before dropping to the ground.
You have slain a grotesque crystalline freak.
You suddenly scoop up the corpse of a grotesque crystalline freak.
-
You say, "Really, really annoy me."

Pretty good timing.

You pat a black thunderbird in a friendly manner.
A black thunderbird lets out a blood-curdling scream.

...Well then.

O.o Now I don't want a thunderbird. It used to be like pokemon... gotta catch 'em all... but nooo.

That's Anisu's right? Did he have you declared? That same thing happened to Llesvelt after I tested lightning breath on him, and now he winces every time my bird enters the room.

Edit: Is it sad that I know which thunderbirds belong to which Aeromancers?

The simple answer is that beasts don't consider patting to be a friendly action.

Also no, it's how I keep track of shrouded people running through the city. tongue.gif

I'm now intensely paranoid about who knows what my beasts look like.

Also, because my long and annoying signature is long and annoying, posting this quote here:
(House Ama'nar'isil): Sakr says, "I wasn't insulting you dear, just emphasizing on the truth many seem to *strangely* not recognize. Could be because you have more balls than other men, but that's just me taking a guess." biggrin.gif

And:
Lady Malicia La'Saet, Shield of Aegis says, "If there are no objections from those present, I pronounce these two wed- bound by their own oaths of love and acceptance."
Unknown2010-11-17 13:08:29
Hrm, so some lovely person saw fit to delete a whole bunch of posts and not even have the decency to advise why.

How delightfully obnoxious.
