This is how things like d'Murani are made. It also works the other way around. Poor Annick/Erane. sad.gif

Nope. Just Annick/Erane. d'Murani, n'Rotri, d'Vanecu, i'Xiia are all how magnagoran family names are spelled.

Sakr2010-11-28 06:08:35
the number is 616, actually. 666 was spread out so when you get someone saying oh, i'm satanic and what not, and it's 666, they can call it :censor: and move on with their day.

Oh yeah, I'm aware it was intentional. The Magnagoran family names. I doubt that DAEINAISUS was too intentional though.

You've got to admit, it does get your attention.

QUOTE
Gripping the haft of the Sulfurous Spear of Abyssal Torment, you rush forward and leap into the air. Your lungs screaming in pain as you loose a primal, gutteral shout, you violently thrust the divine spear down and into the body of Melville. As it departs your hand, the Sulfurous Spear of Abyssal Torment transforms into a shaft of noxious light, piercing your victim in a violent spray of toxins and blood.
As Melville's soul flutters away from his body, you reach out and grasp ahold of it, its ethereal form suddenly wracked with spasms.
100 wailing spirits manifest within your aura of death before the captured soul escapes.
Melville drops suddenly to his knees, a distant, confused look on his face. Confusion shifts to horror as he looks down, noticing that his skin has taken on a diseased, blighted shade of black, his veins pulsating with a noxious, sickening purple. Uttering a final, sickening gurgle of pus and congealing blood, he finally perishes.
You have slain Melville.
Your karma falls in response to your deeds.
The voice of Avechna whispers in your mind a warning about initiating combat with Melville.

QUOTE
Esano rushes towards you, hefting the Sulfurous Spear of Abyssal Torment high as he charges. Leaping into the air, Esano thrusts the Sulfurous Spear of Abyssal Torment downwards with a primal, terrifying cry, allowing it to lance through the air towards you, transforming from a zingavium-forged spear into a streak of noxious, poisonous energy.
An explosion of pain fills your senses as your very blood turns toxic from the force of the blow.
Following your body's death your spirit begins to escape, passing from your mortal body. With a cruel smile, Esano grasps at you, a blind panic filling you before you manage to escape.
Falling to your knees as your body begins to fully shut down, you clutch instincively at your chest. The reality of your demise sinking in, you glance down to see your skin has turned black from the toxins while your veins pulsate an angry, throbbing purple. You gasp for your final breath, however your lungs have been filled with pus and blood, and you can only gurgle.
You have been slain by Esano.

No, it's pretty crappy actually. The crown is so much better.

The crown has no practical use though.

5 hits of charybdon and some fairly large poison damage, once an hour, isn't 'terrible'. Probably more useful for a PvPer than eavesdropping on tells, heh.

Except it's on a 5 second balance.

Not that I feel the artifact needs to be buffed in any way. It's a great flavour skill but nothing more, and I like it this way.
Unknown2010-11-28 19:06:58
It should at least give a cool deathsense if it's gonna remain a pvp flavour thing.

Agree with Rika/Shuyin, as I mentioned an awesome deathsight would make it so much cooler.

I don't recall 5 hits, seemed like 3 the times I tested, and 5s balance on so-so damage makes it not worth using in combat particularly since you have to wield it.
