Tinkered with lichdom, and I added adroitness - however it doesn't track night and day yet.

When you get around completing this, could you also look at putting defense up again on day change? Have to manually call up the defense list atm for fortuna to go up again, it's on the keepup list but seems to not catch day changes by itself. I think I can manually add it in, but just nicer to have things standard. Thanks for the fixes so far though smile.gif

I'm having trouble with mm.addbalanceful and mm.addbalanceless. Instead of trying to do stuff every time I get balance back, it tries to do stuff on each prompt.

Edit: For example, using the default example provided in the documentation, except with send() changed to display() so as not to spam myself out:

Ackleberry Highway by the Blighted Lands. (road).
The corrosiveness of the taint sickens the land. Filling the firmament is a
lattice of heavy grey clouds. Attached to a wooden post here is a large metal
bell.
You see exits leading northeast, southeast, west (open door), and northwest.

That's how it should work if you have balance and eq. Otherwise, your functions won't be good if you decide between balances to do something.
Aramel2011-06-14 15:24:33
Is there any way for me to make it only do it once per balance-regained? Say, for example, I want to scent every time I regain eq.
Vadi2011-06-14 15:55:18
That wouldn't be any different than just triggering it to the message then, would it? The point of this always going off when you have balance/eq is such that if something external to balance and eq changes, you can react to it - or react when you next have balance/eq. For example if you want to make your beast auto-follow you when it gets summoned, you don't want too wait until you get balance and eq back next when it comes to you if you already have them - you'd want it some asap. or, if you don't have them, as soon as you do.

How do I make it so that it casts waterbreathe instead of looking for the enchantment? :/

Waterbreathe != cleanse.

CODE
(m&m): Enchantment defences:
beauty                 waterbreathing         deathsight
acquisitio             kingdom                 waterwalk
mercy                   perfection

(m&m): Elementalism defences:
stoneskin               waterbreathe           levitate
elementshield

For me, it displays "waterbreathing" as the enchant, and "waterbreathe" as the spell, so you would just add "waterbreathe" to a defmode.
Vadi2011-06-16 11:45:14
Yeah. Though she'd want to still set the cleansetype so she uses the spell version, but Aeral got it.

Weird, I didn't see that there last night... I need to stop playing while tired >_>

Thanks, guys!

If I've been on a hiatus for a while and haven't been updating m&m, can I just update with the newest file or do I have to do something with the older updates that I haven't used?
Vadi2011-06-27 02:20:46
You can just go with the latest.
Zalandrus2011-06-27 03:05:14
I might've done something wrong with the install. Now in the scripts/aliases/triggers screens, the m&m folders are yellow with another m&m subfolder that's blue. But mminstall, at least, seems to be working. Is this a cause for concern?

What mudlet version? Depending on what version of mudlet, those are just package folders, for the mudlet package system.
Zalandrus2011-06-27 03:32:36
I got it after just upgrading to mudlet 2.0
Lilia2011-06-27 04:11:50
You're fine. It's just a new way to handle packages that have trigger/aliases/scripts that go together. Now, instead of deleting everything separately, you just 'uninstall' the package by clicking on the package manager on the toolbar at the top.
