The correct answer is that virtually no one gives a hoot about what their size stat is, they will put whatever they want in their description. Most of the time, people still use common sense. But you'll always find people who will put whatever they want because they can.
And really. Even in reality you've people deviating more than a meter from the norm in either direction, and that's before you factor in that Lusternia has lots of mixed racial blood thanks to those frisky humans, demigods and titans wandering about everywhere, and basic enchants that cost about the same as a movie ticket IRL that can alter your size. Having 15 feet tall Loboshigaru or 2.5 feet tall Loboshigaru... size doesn't always matter.
