I believe that would be the result of the duel that I can't r emember Shanarah accepting
Ssaliss2011-03-10 10:15:08
That was the second of my two daykills, yes.

And what do you mean with "a bag of superpowers", Phoebus?

You've got your super truth bow powers and your ultra kill-a-dude moves, and I tend to refer to things in a weird manner.
Ssaliss2011-03-10 10:19:18
Uh... Super truth bow power? You mean that I noticed that Arix was on my side? I bet anyone would've noticed that if they duelled a fellow general.

Basically I'm saying your kill-a-dude power (which involves shooting people dead with arrows) causes people to be so skittish of dueling you that they'd rather give up their vote for the day than go for it. But since apparently you aren't going to go around putting holes in guys anymore (unless I'm interpreting "second of my two daykills" incorrectly) I guess you don't have that one anymore.

tl;dr: I'm weird and refer to things in weird ways.

(and the truth part came from you using it to scare people into roleclaiming)

It's like 5am and I am tired, give me a break. sad.gif

And in order to focus my thoughts a bit... This is how it looks right now:

Confirmed:
2: Arix - Zhao Yun - Shu - Guessed by Caerulo, confirmed by Arix (and I can confirm this as well).
19: Ssaliss - Huang Zhong - Shu (Yes, I put myself under confirmed. The bow and arrow should be proof enough, I hope?)
4: Rika - Cao Cao - Wei, judging by the death of Ushaara. Seventh to claim.
11: Dynami - Sima Yi - Wu - Fifth to claim.
20: Kalaneya - Sun Quan - Wu - Third to claim
5: Ileein - Zhou Yu - Wu - Fourth to claim

Self-proclaimed:
1: Llesvelt - Zhang Liao - Wei - First to claim, also used an unknown power.
21: Phoebus - Sun Shang Xiang - Wu - Second to claim
7: Caerulo - Lu Xun - Wu - Sixth to claim.
3: Solanis - Zhou Tai - Wu - Eighth to claim.
6: Xikue - Lu Bu - None (was defeated by Razenth though) - Ninth to claim.

My thoughts right now is: Someone along Llesvelt, Phoebus, Caerulo and Solanis is lying. I'm assuming that Xikue is telling the truth for the time being, but she could also be lying.

Among the five, Llesvelt was the first to claim. Historically, she was considered among the top five generals of Wei, along with Xu Huang, Yue Jin, Zhang He and Yu Jin (none of which are in the game). She started out serving Lu Bu, and joined Wei after Dong Zhuo was defeated. My personal thoughts are that even if her role isn't confirmed in any way, I don't think she's lying, since she was the very first to claim, and considering she claims as one of the top generals of Wei, it'd be a risky claim that early in the game.

Phoebus has one of the stranger claims, sure, but it does fit her claim. Sun Shang Xiang had ties to both Wu and Shu, so her having to choose between the two kingdoms makes sense. On the other hand, even though she claimed early, it doesn't seem to be a prominent character (when looking at the wiki, she's got the least info about her).

Caerulo hasn't done much aside from claiming his name and alignment. No powers have been used by him that we've seen. Historically his role seems to be the same as many of ours; started out as a general and rose in fame through his campaigns.

Solanis is pretty much in the same situation as Caerulo. No powers have been used that we've seen, and no claims to powers either. He started out as a pirate and joined Wu early on. Again, started out low (as a major) but rose through the ranks and saved Sun Ce's life.
Ssaliss2011-03-10 10:53:28
And no, no more daykills smile.gif
Ssaliss2011-03-10 11:01:20
Oh! I forgot all about them... Caerulo and Ileein apparently got messages from Kalaneya as well, although there's always a chance of those being intercepted.
Unknown2011-03-10 11:06:33
@_@ What an eventful day-phase this has turned out to be.
Ssaliss2011-03-10 11:38:49
Including the message in the mix, Caerulo does have an edge over Solanis. With that in mind...

I'm still not convinced by Xikue's 'I'm just a survivor' claim, especially since Shamarah turned out to be one. (Although I'm not sure if he counts as a 'threat to Han', but still, he's not one of the Three Kingdoms)

@Ssaliss: Sure, Xikue may not be lying about being Lu Bu, but she is almost definitely a threat to the Han.
Unknown2011-03-10 12:06:24
Well Ssaliss, I received the message too, as you saw.
Ileein2011-03-10 12:09:01
That's true; doesn't it seem unlikely that there would be multiple survivor-type roles in one game, especially given how scattered our factions already are?

Both I and my role are male.
Llesvelt2011-03-10 12:23:05
I don't know, I mean, Lu Bu. Lu Bu.

What did Lu Bu do after offing Dong Zhuo?

From what I could gather, he tried to go into service with other sovereigns, but none wanted him. After that, he captured a city, formed a brief alliance with Yuan Shu, broke it almost immediately, allied with him again, and was defeated (and killed) by Cao Cao.
Ssaliss2011-03-10 12:34:27
And just to bold it...

Withdraw army from Solanis
Ssaliss2011-03-10 12:41:13
Meh. I think we've gathered as much as we can right now (unless someone else have any ideas?). I'm willing to off Lu Bu to end the day; that way, we won't have a nightkiller to worry about anyway.

Order army to attack Xikue

Well it certainly does sound like he will become a bit of a problem after we kill off Dong Zhuo, it does not sound entirely unlikely that he will become a proper anti-Han following that, if he is indeed not this already. Also, it is not a sure thing that Xikue is actually Lu Bu, but the way I see it, either Xikue is Lu Bu and Lu Bu seems potentially anti-Han enough to warrant a vote or Xikue is lying about the role and that is certainly anti-Han enough to warrant a vote.

ORDER ARMY TO ATTACK XIKUE

Zhang Liao, your old compatriot, shall put an end to you Lu Bu.
