Oh, Ssaliss. If you trust me, I need a favor for my protege. Elena needs YOUR permission to use her power.
Now this is really getting strange. You work together, but you need permission from different people?

Elena worked for Yggdra in the game, yes. She betrayed the assassins.

Time to do more research.
Tekora2011-03-21 04:16:13
I don't trust the way Casilu is trying to gather power for herself and those supposedly loyal to her. I would not suggest giving any more permissions for anything.
Vote's sticking.

Casilu2011-03-21 04:35:36
Elena isn't loyal to me. We're an assassin mason group. As it stands, before Phoebus gave me permission... I was a watcher. Even without orders, I'm still stealthy. I watched as two other people went after Ssaliss last night.

Just the two of us. Reading about Elena it is illogical that she would betray again.
Also, I asked Elena for her win condition without telling her mine. Elena said town.

Though, I'm not really sure where Solanis is getting that it might be part of diamondais' role, either.
Sorry, I only skimmed the thread. I thought Dia was that character who falls asleep during every second day or something.
Diamondais2011-03-21 08:01:48
The non-voting thing is a side effect of one of my abilities. I didn't even notice anyone bringing it up earlier, or I would have clarified it sooner.
Gleip2011-03-21 10:19:18
The only ones I know about who sleep during the day are Pamela and Skeletons, so I guess Diamondais is Pamela?
And I can believe that Zliva and Elena are masons, because they were always together until Elena betrays the Imperial army in order to stop Leon. The bloody claw card is also bloody OP since it kills the head of a group, and the head has much more health than the other units in the group. That Casilu needs to get permission from Gulcasa in order to use her power is pretty wonky though.
Anyway, I think we're still too reliant on roles and powers. If I should make a pure flavour scum group, it'd have to be Hector, Marietta, Nessiah and 367. However, Hector was a non-issue in Yggdra union, Nessiah wants to destroy Asgard, and besides his role had a post restriction pretty much forcing him to claim early on, and 367 was either kind or insane. So it makes sense that there must be scum among the mortals.
Looking back, this is what stands out to me the most.
Razenth had by that point been so passive-aggressive with many implications that he tried to get enough votes on himself to redirect a lynch, that it only seems like trying to stall the day even further. Vote: Lilia
I'm also pondering about Llesvelt and Ileein who were too quick to jump to the defense of Razenth's faulty argument earlier on, Ileein more so for continuing to defend him after it was shown just how wrong he was.

Poor Razenth, people can't just let him die in peace. I'd go ahead and vote for him, but last time I did that i got accused of ninja-lynching.
I've only got my phone's internet for the next few hours, so I can't really look up who Solanis, Ilyssa, and Silferas are. Anyone know? Does it matter?

What? I didn't try to defend anyone. I remembered saying Kiradawea saying something and brought it up for the judicious review of the group. :/ Any defense was incidental.

Shamarah2011-03-21 15:26:26
Yeah, I don't like the idea of lynching someone for having a kill power. Vigilantes are pretty common in this sort of game.

I'm not voting for Casilu because she has a kill power, I'm voting for Casilu because of the way she just blitzed us in an effort to unlock all of her mafia group's powers.

Yes, I know the two who went after you.
There is a problem though. Two people went after you... and there was no nightkill last night. That means that one of the two is most likely the doctor and the other is mostly likely scum. Elena knows the names of the two, but I'd want more evidence before I name one or both. I don't want to endanger the doctor needlessly.

What sort of person would make it so that the scum have to ask permission from townies in public to use their kill power?
Gleip2011-03-21 15:49:21
It looks like Arath was killed last night. Of course, chained by his own chains would be a bit difficult for the mafia to do, but that could be misleading flavour. Or do you suspect that to be a power of his? Killing himself to revive later. He did pull such a gambit in the game.

I'm pretty sure that would be his power that he used the day before.

I wouldn't. If I did that, then I would give them some weird way to talk to each other. That way you could beg in private.
