Firstly, until this point, she hasn't really said anything that wasn't directed at you, so even if there were people around to respond, there wasn't much to respond to.

Secondly, it does solve the problem as we would all have more time to respond, even if we were not awake.

Ayisdra, if you're going to want my help to stop Rika from hitting you in the south and the east, you're going to need to help me take Constantinople.

So how about I make both of you deals in return. I will help both of you drive her back to Russia and then eliminate her from there. The two of you can then split all the territory between Austria and Turkey (other than Greece) as well as whatever we get from Casilu.
