If I really have such a 0 chance of winning, then why does it matter who I help?
You have 0 chance of winning if you just listen to everything that Casilu is telling you to do, which you have been doing up to this point. It takes 18 supply centres to win. At the rate Casilu is going, the game will be over within two years.

First, three years.
Second, both two or three years are completely unpossible simply because I'm out of free territory to grab, so there is now way I can keep up that rate. Kinda like me jumping into the air and taking the acceleration at the maximum upward point, then saying I'll be at the Moon in a day.

Turkey might as well be free for you at this point. Without me in Germany, you can also take Germany as you choose, and then go down into Italy. Really, there is nothing left to stop you.
The only reason Russia gets to start with 4 units is because it is very hard for them to expand without meeting opposition. However, this is not the case here as Germany started off as free territory, Turkey missed a couple of turns, England has done nothing to stop the expansion from the north and Austria is just doing everything Russia asks. It's hard to see this game ending with anything but a Russian victory.

I'm at a bottleneck in the south and probably the north.

Yep, keep playing down your position in the game, but no matter what, at this stage it is your game to lose.

This past turn. Rika went into it with her fleet.

Yes. You can also disband units too. Up to 6, up to 3. Casilu has seven armies, but none of them are on her home territories. Therefore she can make 4. Rika has 5 armies, but she has none on her home territories, therefore she can make up to three. Dia has no open home territories, and therefore cannot make any new units.
Rika2011-04-22 20:50:09
Casilu can only make two and Diamondais has to disband one.

No, she doesn't. She has three points and three units.
Rika2011-04-22 21:04:19
Oh oops. Thought one of you had already taken Bulgaria. Point about Russia still stands.

Map updated. You are free to diplomate.
Rika2011-04-23 21:18:24
If we are to stop Casilu from winning at all, now is really the time to do it.
She will move her army from Warsaw to Prussia in order to force my army in Berlin to disband. Ayisdra, this is a perfect opportunity for your army in Budapest to move to Galicia and into Russia in Fall. If you support Budapest by moving Serbia back and Greece back to Budapest, you will not leave any thing open, as Diamondais cannot afford to move her army in Bulgaria and I cannot afford to move my fleet in Smyrna with Casilu trying to take Turkey.
Ayisdra and Silferras can take the opportunity to take Kiel off her hands, too. I'm happy to support any move from my army in Berlin.
