Does anyone have some numbers regarding honor gains for offering to the family's patron? Are corpses and esteem both viable?
Ixion2011-05-23 21:03:21
1 mil, any offerings = 100 honor.
Lorina2011-05-23 21:47:44
Aww man! Order heads generate honour? Crap. I really need a family.

A family that is a Great House to be specific. You don't get any honour if you're an OH in a Lesser House.
Ixion2011-05-23 22:00:33
Or pledge to a GH.

You do if your house pledges to a house that has your god(dess) as its patron.

Can't pledge with a tiny family anyway. I still wish they'd let little families be swallowed by the bigger families already since I'm not going anywhere soon with my 3 member group.
That or buy a bubble or something to erase familial ties. I'm irked I'm still paying for a choice made when I was a nublet and thus can't enjoy the family changes as I'd like to now that I'm more knowledgeable.

Sorry, that thought really didn't cross my mind since I'm living in an org that has a long way to go before that can be possible.

The system simply does not allow for it, sorry.

I wouldn't mind a purchasable thing like the above then. I know it's been done for people before, but I think it'd be easier if it were just made into a generally available artifact.
Edit: Well, maybe not exactly like the above. I just want a parental erase since I was fully aware of what I was getting into when I started having e-kids as opposed to when I was getting e-parents.

That's not even possible really (and if it was, it'd undo every family relation - marriages, kids, etc - that's a pretty big change to a dozen different people's roleplay and that's simply not fair to everyone else).
Even then, you wouldn't be able to take on new parents, since you've founded a family with Ardmore.

Eventru, I would think that this would be at least somewhat plausible.
Is it just not possible to change the number for bannerhouses?

Yes, that is plausible.
No, not going to do it.
Sorry! If you only have 1 active member, you're not much of a house! More like, hm, one man...
