Do you invite them all to your clan? What do you do if they don't have room?

I just noticed that eyeblast is to have a power cost?

From what I understand, the damage is significantly less than....well, just about everything.

1800 damage in a shot on the last person hit, easily usable with omen+sensitivity. Can be prepped precombat to easily have burst damage by every person who takes up lich, its wide spread staff even at one shot everyone having it can get pretty nuts. This is assuming the damage is still 1800 a blast.

Though this just opens you up if there's anyone spying on that clan, because anyone with an outside loyalty and a cloaking gem can leak all of that easily.

Wha? You can't spy on clans. What does a cloaking gem have to do with clans?

If you have a spy in the clan - ie, someone who has personally joined a clan and has hidden loyalties to some other group (typically an order) - and conduct all of your business on the clan, it's much harder to tell that they're listening so long as they have a cloaking gem and/or stay carefully off-plane.

You can't just join a clan? You have to be inducted to a clan, which shows on the logs, and any big business clan (Like the clan every nation has, to my knowledge) is likely to have... 6 members or so tops. If they are in the clan, you have other issues. Just sayin, if you want to keep something more or less secret, you are in a LOT (lotlot) more danger from alts then spying, keeping things away from spies isn't hard.

Plus I'm -pretty- sure you can check who is a member of a clan. Take that spies!

Yep, you can.

I'm not saying you won't know they're in the clan, I'm saying you won't know who's online and listening to what conversation. And a decent number of conversations and leadership clans require more than literally the seated court. If that's all you've got on there, the threat of spies has already reduced your efficiency/efficacy, and it's made a difference - no matter how repeatedly you insist it doesn't happen and doesn't matter.

Whenever I need to do something secretive, I make a squad for it. Only people who are both present and invited can hear what I say, and no skill/artifact/quest lets you infiltrate it.

I don't think it was ever 1800 damage, or maybe it's int based. Not sure, but it sounds like you've gotten trolled. Maybe I have though, but in either case, 3p is ridiculous when a staff blast can deal a lot more damage.

Eyeblast change removed, 3p would not stop it from being used as a mass group burst damage. So not worth being in the report.
