o Jewelry Needles will now only last around 7 IG months from creation.

o All letters have been unpreserved and will decay in 7 IG months, even
in stockrooms. You can now preserve letters again, but the cost is 500
gold per IG month (cannot be preserved beyond than 250 months at any
time). Syntax: PRESERVE <letter> FOR <x> MONTHS.

o Ecology Fetishes can now drink from vials linked to the liquid rift.
