o If a plain letter is adorned as stationery (Bookbinding), it will no
longer decay in a shop's stockroom.

o Wildarrane NatureRhythm's winter damage will now properly be boosted
by the presence of a blizzard.

o Impatience will now be cured by Focus Mind before Timewarp or
Temporary Insanity.

o You can no longer sculpt a figurine from blank sketches.

o Fixed a bug with being able to see the contents of bin 0, but not buy
from it, if it has a restrictive policy. The bin will also show up on
PRICE BIN LIST to shopowners, so they can more easily tell if they have
an existing policy. Note that bin 0 technically means "no bin".

o You can now extract poisons from a creature directly into the liquid
rift. EXTRACT <creature> INTO RIFT.

o You can now fill the liquid rift directly from an alembic. RIFT FILL
FROM ALEMBIC.
