Items in shops will now decay. More than enough time has passed that
everyone should be well prepared for this update. A new artifact has
been added to increase the storage capacity of manse shops (Bubble of
Intrinsic Spaciousness, 200cr) by 250 items (stackable up to 1000
items). Cities and communes can likewise permanently upgrade shops in
their venue for a cost of 1M gold per 250 items (up to a max of 1000
items).
