Changelog Entry #42 (Posted: 2012/01/05 11:17)
o In-Game speedwalking will no longer attempt to move if you haven't got
enough celerity.

o Shamanism Claw's ENVISION SHEATHECLAW will now correctly give an
increased benefit for having the vision in the future slot.

o It is now possible to use FORECAST if you only have the ability in
Shamanism and not Environment, though you will not see the full detail
unless you have both.

o Fixed a bug with past Climanti.

o Rain will now occasionally extinguish fires in rooms.

o Fixed a typo with Illusions Changeself.

o Clinging will now properly prevent being knocked out of trees by high
wind.

o Sculpting a statue of a God from a sketch will now properly capitalise
the pronouns in the statue's room description (does not apply
retroactively).

o Aeromancy Windwalk now reduces the effect of high wind upon movement.

o The negative effects of extreme weather have been reviewed and,
generally, tweaked to have a lesser impact.

o Furthermore, the effects of heat upon movement can be reduced by
having a lower warmth factor. The effects of cold upon movement can be
reduced by having a higher warmth factor. If you are wearing the
appropriate attire, you will generally notice very little negative
effect from heat.

o Racial fire susceptibility/tolerance will increase or decrease, as
appropriate, the effect of heat upon your movement.

o Racial cold susceptibility/tolerance will do the same, but with cold
weather.

o Shopkeepers can now check IH UNPRICED for any items that have not been
priced.

o Fixed a bug that allowed players to look through special exits at any
elevation.

o Slightly tweaked the IRE.Rift GMCP messages to more appropriately echo
the output of INFO RIFT. The description will also include information
about which rift the entry uses.

o You can no longer light pipes off-equilibrium (this fix was missed
with the bug that stopped lighting off-balance).

o Fixed some more bugs with weather incorrectly allowing too much or too

o The purple message from the Fates sent when the game is reloading will
now come in two parts. The first will be approximately five seconds
before the lag, and the second will be immediately after the game
resumes normal activity. This should clearly isolate the lag that is
normal in these circumstances, as well as giving some forewarning so
that you can expect it.

o Fixed a bug where players with both brewmeister and cooking could not
brew anything at either an alembic or an oven.

o BEAST REMOVE will now be slightly more intelligent. You will generally
be able to use the beasts's name (eg mammoth, camel) instead of the
unique ID number.

o Minstrelry DrinkingSong was taking a bard's tolerance into account
where it should have been using their drunkenness. This has been
rectified.

o Programmed illusions will now only trigger on a single elevation.

o Harvesting flesh, crystals, or herbs will now automatically use
grouping instead of creating multiple items.

o You can HARVEST <plant> INDIVIDUAL or HARVEST <plant> SINGLE to force
the resulting plant to not be added to a group, unless it is spices.
This will be useful for replanting.

o The majority of Shamanism skills could wrongfully be performed while
prone. This has been fixed, with only a few exceptions.

o Loralaria FleckedFortissimo no longer piggyback off VioletVibrato's
messages and now has its own unique ones.

o Fixed a bug that was causing alcohol tolerance given by race,
Brewmeister Steelgut, the artifact Charm of Clangoru, and a
Transmologically Tempered Gut to increase your apparent drunken level
instead of decrease it.
