Various shapes awaited the force from Glomdoring, floating creatures of
airy crystal - all perfect in their construction, all of a single,
readily apparent purpose. The polyhedrons turned and attacked, and found
the Glomdoring an imposing foe. Cutting their way through the crystal
polyhedrons, the Glomdoring soon made contact with the Logic Crystals of
Earth and Water, who all but confirmed the golems invading the Skarch
were as the intrepid adventurers had suspected - Xion's defense grid was
largely unreachable, the crystal golems having disappeared through
temporal rifts that had been manifesting in the Workshop. Aiding the
Logic Crystal of Earth, Xenthos and his companions managed to fight off
the shapes long enough to access the maintenance section of Xion and
retrieve the repair crystal used to disable one of the two existing
crystals.

Yet it was not that alone that they discovered there, for as they
finished unlocking the containment unit, Indiau Eepex and three of his
lead researchers from the Mesa Compound emerged from the shadows,
seeking a way home. They had, Indiau explained, fled through one of the
rifts during one of the attacks, he himself having returned to help save
his people. They had ended up in Xion, likewise under attack by the
shapes. Managing to access the secure section before it was locked, the
four lucidian found themselves trapped, unable to escape. As they were
lead home, Indiau Eepex thanked the Glomdoring by handing over a piece
of blackened parchment, the last Verse of Magnora to be recovered.

Determined to help the Mesa disperse the rifts that continued to
manifest in the Skarch, the Glomdoring Forest alone managed to keep the
golems at bay long enough to seek out the Hand of Tzaraziko. Saaga, one
of the members of Elostian's now defunct order, wielded the Hand of the
Enigma and approached the city of Hallifax, her companions in tow.
Indeed, as she placed the Hand into the sculpture, the attacks by the
golems and even the polyhedrons ceased - but so much more occured, what
few expected but some dared hope.

Wild, chaotic energies lashed out, assaulting the temporal field
surrounding the lost city of Hallifax - instead of melting, however, the
Glass Statue of Tzaraziko did what none expected. When the Arm of the
Enigma sought to separate itself, the Statue came to life, and held on
to it. Though the Eye of Illith fought, the likeness of the Vernal
Goddess fought harder. The field buckled, and then it bulged. The
statue, after several attempts, made a final assault - sacrificing
itself, it dissipated into the shield.

And then Time stopped.

Penned by My hand on the 14th of Kiani, in the year 253 CE.
