As the rosters of Hallifax began to fill in, it became clear what needed
to be done - power throughout Hallifax was once a regular commodity,
though now energy was in short supply. Governor Cririk Adom began to
instruct those who had come to help restore the city on what needed to
be done. Saran, Doman, Ayden, Shulamit, Saaga, Arel and more set to
work. With much effort they discovered the interrelationship between art
and science, how the lucidians and trill, centuries ago, discovered the
usage of crystals to contain and conduct energy, and watched in
amazement as even the most basic of apprentice artists were able to
shape and mold the crystal into the elegant, abstract sculptures they
used to conduct energy from the Transphenortex Grid.
One by one the generators hummed to life. The only sound that broke the
general harmony and peace of the city was the monotone voice that spoke
as Hallifax shifted through various stages of experimentation. It was
Ayden Dawneye who restored the final generator, the Primary Generator
roaring to life as energy once more flowed through the Lower Wards. With
the Primary Generator restored to functionality, the true trial began -
one by one those helping Governor Adom began to empower the Generator,
in hopes of restoring power to the Over City and what Cririk Adom simply
referred to as 'the Collective'.

Days upon days would pass, but finally they succeeded - the Matrix
flared to life once more, and the First World shuddered. In response to
the Matrix that had once touched it, the Elemental Plane of Air pierced
through to the Prime Material once more - a furious storm erupted above
the crystalline city of Hallifax, raging winds, hail and lightning
striking into its depths. As they faded just as suddenly as they came,
the Matrix glistened and gleamed. The Planes of Air and Continuum were
restored once more.
Announcing the official opening of Hallifax and the Aeromancers, Cririk
Adom allowed those eager to join Hallifax to do so - even those of what
might be perceived as lesser breeds were welcomed among the citizenry
for the first time. Elections began for various city and guild positions
and it came down to Doman Salceto, elected as the Provost of the
Aeromancers, and Incabulos Oubliette, elected Force Commander of the
Aeromancers, with the winning votes.
