When Jayant prized the assembled members of Glomdoring, Serenwilde, and
Hallifax, it was not known that another gift was soon to be given. In
hushed whispers, Jayant spoke to Lehki Talnara, and after determining
that he was from Serenwilde, told him that there was another gift he
wished to bestow. When Glomdoring and Hallifax left, Jayant gave a
petrified acorn to Lehki. He explained that it was the last seed plucked
by Chuchip from a petrified tree that was later felled by the
Slaghora'ruin. It was used as a symbol by the druid families, who hoped
that one day, they might plant it to restore Nature's touch again. But,
Jayant feared that that time would not pass, and gladly gave the acorn
away.

Lehki and his daughter, Gabriella Talnara, pondered what to do with it.
Initially, Lehki planned to place it within a chest of the Moonhart
Circle, but it was Gabriella that persuaded him to speak to Abeytu, the
Keeper of the Gardens. Flabbergasted at what they said about an Eastern
Serenwilde and some creature known as the Slaghora'ruin, Abeytu took the
acorn for a closer inspection. The grumpy gardener took a pick and began
to tap at the petrified nut's mineral clusters, sending Lehki and
Gabriella in gasps. Tap. Tap. Taptaptap. tap. That was the only sound in
the Greenhouse for those minutes, but soon, Abeytu was finished, and
when he returned the acorn to Lehki, it was revealed that the seeds of
the nut had been been preserved for all this time.

The two druids decided to plant the acorn, and after much debate, they
sought the wisdom of Chuchip. The spirit gave them nostalgic words, and
they decided to plant it next to his burial mounds. When buried, the
Chuchip reached down -- touching it with his spiritual essence -- and
magically, the acorn grew to a curly sprout. Excitedly, Lehki and
Gabriella shared the experience with Abeytu who told them to take care
of the sprout. And so they did, along with others of Serenwilde, such as
Konton, Ileira and Ashke of the Moondancers, Vasnier and Lynn Zayah,
Lilija Talnara, and even a mildly interested Arix Carthan, Boozemeister
of Lusternia. They found that by dropping silvery essence at its roots,
the sprout slowly grew, and grew it did, where it became an ancient,
mighty tree.

With the last essence dropped, the tree beckoned for touch. Eager hands
did so, and the trunk of the tree rippled like water and out came a
curious dryad boy. This unusual male dryad befriend many of Serenwilde,
especially the one who planted his tree, Gabriella Talnara. He played
games and ate cakes, and life was good.

Miakoda, Maiden of the Moonhart, was greatly interested in this boy.
Long sensing other things with the forest, mysteries and powers latent
permeating the very soil, she asked if the boy had any idea or would
help her with this discovery. It seemed, as it were, that the boy did,
and with Miakoda's assistance, they fashioned a divining stone that led
the members of Serenwilde on a great chase. When they came upon some
halcyon woods, as the stone willed them to go, they dug and discovered
something rather peculiar: a translucent mote containing a memory. It
was Solanis Talnara that took it and was imbued with its vision -- and
upon touching the dryad boy, they shared knowledge. With the memory
remembered, the boy grew, becoming no longer a dryad boy, but an
adolescent dryad man.

And the quest continued when the dryad led Serenwilde to Tolborolla
where they summoned the River Daughter. Not only did she bequeath the
descendants of Ackleberry's families ribbons of dream-silk -- which was
given to Dain for a complete memory and received by Tredian Mastvin --
but she offered a prophesy which many believed pertained to the dryad,
who then grew to be a full-fledged adult. Queen Maeve, who previously
made the acquaintance of the dryad boy, summoned Serenwilde a month
later through an official emissary. She was interested in the boy's
growth, and more interested about the memories they were collecting.
Maeve explained that she discovered something similar, and gave the
Seren a riddle box which contained another mote, procured by Solanis
Talnara once more, enabling the dryad man's further growth.

The dryad aged once more a month after that. Many members of Serenwilde
decided to curb the feelings of wanderlust that the dryad was
experiencing, taking him to to Tar Pit Wastes -- where his acorn was
first found -- to the Hifarae Hills where he met the centaurs and the
spirits of the sileni. Lastly, they took him to the Caoimhe Dell where
he visisted the Lo'varai Spring. The magic of the spring revealed the
dryad's aged reflection, and it was discovered that a memory was caught
adrift within its waters. Sarrasri Talnara captured this floating mote
and brought the elder dryad to an even older countenance; however, once
more the dryad felt the call to sleep and returned to his tree.

When the dryad awoke the next month, a sense of urgency overwhelmed his
actions, as he pulled and tugged on his friends Gabriella Talnara and
Ircria of the Shofangi. They realised that he wished to go to the Tree
of Trees and after finding a ship, traveled there. As it turned out, the
dryad felt a memory locked deep within the roots of the Tree of Trees;
however, after digging, burrowing and trying to awake the Great Tree,
the Seren returned to their forest to figure out what to do. They spoke
to Isotta of the White Hands, who assisted them recently to uncover a
collection of cairns hidden by trees, thinking that she could coax a way
to the Tree's roots. She explained that someone with great power could
be empowered with the same magic she possesses, and bid them to speak to
Laeroc. And so they did, and they began a long quest to procure the
blessing of Mother Moon and the naiads which bequeathed the little fae
girl with magic mighty enough to summon a means to the Tree of Tree's
roots.

When access was managed, the intrepid adventurers discovered that a
memory lingered within, and it was Alianna of the Spiritsingers who
captured it and transferred it to the ancient dryad. Rather than aging,
the dryad was imbued with an aura of power and returned to his tree -- a
gaggle of Seren chasing behind. When the members of Serenwilde found him
again, he merged with his ancient tree. The roots turned into legs and
branches became arms; the entire plant transformed and modified into a
being and everything was enraptured with light. As the light faded, it
was revealed that the tree and dryad were not just a fae, but rather,
Hoaracle, the Forest Dreamer. The God was flung to Mount Avechna by the
Transcendental Beacon, where He was greeted by both by curious mortals
and the friends He had made as a dryad.

Penned by My hand on the 23rd of Juliary, in the year 274 CE.
