Due to the confusion between the mapview and mapshow options, I have
renamed mapshow to aethermap.

So:
- CONFIG MAPVIEW ON|OFF See the overhead map when you move.
- CONFIG AETHERMAP ON|OFF See the aethermap when your ship moves.
