Clarifications

Here are a few clarifications:
- When aetherships are targetting, they have a base "line of sight"
radius of 3 rooms. Abilities that increase this radius (FarHorizon and
the Antennae Diamonut artifact) also increase the range at which
monsters can be targetted. These effects compound with each other.
Therefore, a ship's attack range may change over time.
I have updated the ab file for FarHorizon, and the aethership artifacts
help file to reflect this.
- Summoning an org enemy into enemy territory (even if they were
standing in enemy territory - such as from the Pool of Stars on Celestia
(owned by Celest) into Celestia proper (owned by Celestia)) would grant
enemy status. I have made a change so that enemy status is NOT granted
if summoning a person from enemy territory into enemy territory - even
if those territories are not owned by the same group.
- I have made it so that married progenitors may bloodbond new siblings.
However, note that it is still the case that people who have married
into the family may not bloodbond (or use any sibling-related
accept/reject verbs) siblings into a family. Of course, you cannot
bloodbond if you are currently considering a child.
