Misc. Updates

- I have rewritten how snubbing works behind the scenes. You will notice
no visible changes, but the result is a roughly 17% increase in
Lusternia's performance. Now that's an update everyone can enjoy!
- You can now configure whether you want to see the aethermap spots on
the map (ie, "An Aether Bubble is to the west."). It was pointed out by
Ixchilgal (thanks!) that it is unnecessarily spammy for people who are
not the ship's commander. It is on by default. See CONFIG MAPSPOTS.
- You must now be within direct line of sight in order to fire upon
another ship or an aether monster. The beloved days of firing safely
through tracts of void through which the dread beasts cannot tread -
firmly in the past.
- Those locked into secondary modules (that is to say, not the command
chair, empath grid, or a battle turret) will receive moderately less
experience than those fulfilling the critical roles. It is less
attentive work, after all.
