Bug Revamp, Bug Fixes

- The bug system has been revamped to allow better feedback for players.
From now on, you are able to view your past bugs submitted using
LISTBUGS. You will be informed if the status of one of your bugs
changes, including its resolution. Once it's resolved (or at any time),
we recommend you SHOWBUG <bug> to see the complete status of your bug.
And on to the fixes.....
- Endurance loss in cases of high drain has been changed. You'll find
that if you have a punctured lung or are short of breath, you previously
would have lost huge amounts of endurance for using a skill like tumble.
The multiplying effect of these two afflictions drops down after a
certain point.
- Configuring your Mapspots to off will prevent you from seeing gnome
ships.
- Ghosts(Necromancy) will be affected by perfect fifth.
- Can use MAP while burrowed.
- Blindness (not just sixthsense) will protect from Maze(Glamours).
- If you kill someone with a knighthood power skill in arena, you won't
lose power out of arena.
- DELMSG ALL wasn't working in all cases. It is now!
- Masquerade is only usable by Stealth users.
- Deluge(Aquamancy) being applied to rooms will no longer affect the MAP
command's coloring of exits.
- Checking in a book was not working for item numbers. It's been fixed
and made to be more user friendly.
- If you have Forcefield(Telekinesis) or Bloodboil(Psychometabolism) up
on more than one psionics channel, it won't disappear altogether if you
unlock only one of them.
- There was an odd bug with pricing herbs in shops if the herbs were
recently harvested. Many a kafe bean and juniper berry have been whipped
for their transgressions against our diligent shopkeepers.
- Dissolving protection scrolls will once again be aggressive, but as
before, not trigger acrobatics dodging.
- The bug where players with ATCP-aware clients were getting flooded
with vitals information every four seconds has been resolved.
- Mindfield(Psychometabolism) will not cause you to loose suspect.
- Psiblade(Psionics) now works properly on Ghosts(Necromancy).
- Envenoming an Ecology familiar was not working properly. I've brought
all the pets to a class on arena anxiety, and they all seem to be
stinging just fine now!
- BOND ENVENOM SHOW (Ecology) was not showing all of the grafted pieces
of the fetish. This has been fixed.
- Moonchildren who cancel their moonbeam mid-way won't think they are
travelling the night's shadows.
- Astroglide(Astrology) is limited to use on known planes.
- Tellsoff was behaving oddly every so often, letting tells through. The
cause has been found and bug resolved.
- Evade(Stealth) is no longer aggressive.
- Mobs were attacking out-of-phase people. This has been fixed.
- Bodyscan(Psionics) will work on yourself.
- Trueshield(Combat) is working properly again.
